Great!!! Was not impressed with Bee Bee he bever order our satalight update software. I called 3 weeks later left 2 messages never received a call back. I called Lisa from service had the part ordered, she was amazing and so nice. Overall I never ever had a problem at Mercedes, everyone deserves a 5 stare except Bee Bee not good very disappointed. Service experience The day of my service it was very chaotic at the dealership. It took someone over 20 minutes to acknowledge my presence. I guess it was a bad day. A service person by the name of Bibi came over and took care of me. He was very professional and assured me I'd hear from them that day. Later on, he called and said they still haven't found the A.C. problem and they needed the car another day. Thursday came and went and he left a message saying ac wan't resolved. On Friday I hadn't heard a word all day. At 4:30 in the afternoon, I called the service department. Finally, the manager said he was getting ready to call me and the car was ready. Bibi was off that Friday. Both gentleman were very courteous and very apologetic on the delay. I understand this happens. What I feel I needed was a bit more communication about the status of my vehicle. I was the one that kept calling and asking when I was getting it back. I notified David and when I got there the car was in front and they even found the money for me and placed it in the console. Also when returning the loaner I could not find my EZpass device, it had fallen somewhere within the crevasses of the car and the service man helped me yet again find it. Amazing ?? More
