Excellent Amazing dealership. Customers are always the center of attention, from the time you enter the service area to the time you leave. My service advisor h Amazing dealership. Customers are always the center of attention, from the time you enter the service area to the time you leave. My service advisor has always been Kief Ridley, and even though he was promoted , he found me a new service advisor, Chris Battaglia, just as knowledgeable as himself with the same care for his customers as Kief. Even after I'm advised by Chris, Kief makes himself available for any further questions and concerns. But having set you up with such a great guy, Chris there is never any further questions or concerns. I'm also in the market for a new car and based on my experience with Mercedes Benz at Paramus, I'm staying with the Mercedes family of cars. Again thanks Kief and Chris More

Mark Resende made my service experience the opposite of inconvenient - even with the fact that this appointment was not for regular maintenance. Mark kept me posted daily through the whole process and made certain that the issues all fully resolved. I greatly appreciate Mark’s professionalism and follow through. My experience here is always the best! More

recall part needed we received notice in November 2017, of recall on our car. We repeatedly called to find out if part was in stock and everyone we were told they did we received notice in November 2017, of recall on our car. We repeatedly called to find out if part was in stock and everyone we were told they did not receive any parts yet. In May I called again and we finally found out the part was in stock since March -they must have not realized it, or notified us. Dropping off and picking up the car, the service is still terrible. It took almost 25 min to have car brought to us. Watched a man hand a worker $20.00 to get his car, I guess that is how you have to do it there.... More
Service Department needs some help First, I got a phone call confirming my appointment the day prior. I asked if I could come in at 8:00am rather than 8:30am and was firmly told no to First, I got a phone call confirming my appointment the day prior. I asked if I could come in at 8:00am rather than 8:30am and was firmly told no to a strictly held scheduling process. I arrived at 8:10 and was dealt with promptly, no one else was even there checking in. Not sure what the firm no was all about the day before. The drop off and loaner pick-up was the easiest and most pleasant part of the experience. David helped me and he was professional and called me when my car (which was a recall) was completed. I arrived back at the service department at about 4:30 and waited at the loaner/reception desk for at least 10 minutes until someone finally told me to go to the cashier. I went to the cashier, received my paperwork and left the loaner key there at that time. I waited another 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was waiting for my car. The area in the garage was blocked by other cars so I finally had to walk outside with the attendant to retrieve my car. I then received a phone call about 20 minutes later informing me that they could not locate the keys to the loaner car. Really?? I left a message with Jason Velazquez and informed him that I did not have the keys and I left them with the cashier. I never got a return call confirming or letting me know they had located the keys. All in all it was a very underwhelming service experience. I've had far better at a Nissan dealership, complete with the same car wash. When you buy a luxury car, part of the expectation is a heightened level of service that should accompany your purchase. This dealership fell short. More
