MY EXPERIENCE I have been a Mercedes owner since 2014. Presently my wife and I each have one and one already was traded. I have had many occasions to use this fac I have been a Mercedes owner since 2014. Presently my wife and I each have one and one already was traded. I have had many occasions to use this facility, but this visit was different. Particularly at drop off to have a recall done on my 2018 CLC 300, that repair center was quite chaotic. I had much longer wait time for an "advisor". The time was about 3o minutes ( I had time to get coffee and eat a bagel ). All recalls in the past usually took a few hours. I was not notified that my car was ready until 5:45 PM. This was too late for me to pick up the car and return the loaner. The next day I had to be at my work site early AM so pickup had to be delayed until beyond noon. Problem- the loaner I was given only had fuel for 68 miles. I almost ran out of gas. I had not expected to have the car that long. I added fuel twice so as not to overfill for the return. More

Service A Mark was amazing. He made my 1st experience flawless. I had 2 minor issues. 1- was when scheduling a service online you need to select vehicle type , Mark was amazing. He made my 1st experience flawless. I had 2 minor issues. 1- was when scheduling a service online you need to select vehicle type , but there was no option for the GLC300. 2- with the car wash, not sure if they clean the inside of the vehicle, if so it was portly done. The weather tech mats were not removed and vacuumed. The console was still dusty. Beside these two issues. My experience was perfect! More
