over promised under delivered I have owned 9 MB and currently leasing three vehicles. just switched from Benzel Busch to Prestige. Could not drive car because seat was broken a I have owned 9 MB and currently leasing three vehicles. just switched from Benzel Busch to Prestige. Could not drive car because seat was broken and was to far back. called on a Wednesday and was told next available time was the following week. also was told can't get a loaner car for at least three weeks. I was going away. asked if i can drop car off before the weekend. was told no. got my sales person involved. Dropped car off on a Thursday. called Tuesday car was not ready and told part had to be ordered and will be in Wednesday or Thursday mid day the latest. All along i never received a status call from my advisor with status on the vehicle. Called Thursday late afternoon was told no part. Received a call from the service advisor on Saturday. Great news we got the part and will fix the car Monday. I believe only reason i received the phone call was because i complained to my sales person. On Monday I made arrangement to be driven to work with the plan to take an uber to the dealership which is 25 miles from my house. The only reason i went to this dealership as opposed to the two others that are closer to my home is my loyalty to the sales person. at 6:30 Monday night i called and was told car not ready and was not worked on. at this point i flipped out. spoke to the service advisor and his response was "sorry we were to busy" . I was told service manager works until 10pm. i asked for a call back that night. did not receive until the following morning. On the call the manger said he was going to "make some calls to MB corp to see what he can do". since the car was on warranty and the leasing is done through MB finanaciail and service was covered under warranty i said "what are you going to do? knowing nothing will be done". it's four business days later and he has not called me back. As a loyal customer to MB brand and loyal to my prior salesman 1) i will never use Prestige for service or vehicle purchase 2) I"m so dissatisfied with MB corporate reducing the amount of loaner cars and not treating me as a preferred customer for my long term loyalty and the fact i currently have three MB vehicles of which I am paying of 3K per month. If i had to make a decision today, i would not get another MB again. More

My new lease had been leaking oil profusely and I was a Pulled into the dealership on an emergency basis nearing closing time on a Saturday afternoon. My new lease had been leaking oil profusely and I was afraid to drive it any further. They immediately put me at ease, examined the car, kept it there to work on first thing Monday morning. They got me into a loaner car and off I went continuing on my errands. The following Monday they called to keep me informed of the problem and I was able to pick up my car Wednesday afternoon.....great service with a smile! More

Disappointing and sloppy service I waited 15 minutes for a service rep when dropping off. I was promised a loaner car and they were all out so I couldn't leave my car. They did not even look at my vehicle for 3 days after they picked up. I never got a call from my service person telling me about the car or that it was done - just a call from the drop off person. Awful and careless service. I'd love to list employees I worked with but I don't even know their names! More

Had to "hunt down" service rep to get information on car I have had 2 mercedes and due to continued horrible service at Prestige I won't buy another one. My son dropped his car off on a Wednesday evening. I have had 2 mercedes and due to continued horrible service at Prestige I won't buy another one. My son dropped his car off on a Wednesday evening. The service rep (Joe Candela) told him he would call him the next day with estimates on fixing 2 issues. They were also replacing a defective air bag that was a manufacturing recall. Next day never got a call. On Thursday my son and I both called and no-one had any info for us (Joe Candela was off that day). Service receptionist had trouble even seeing in system that our car was there! That night (I called and asked for the service manager). He was in a meeting but was supposed to call me or my son. I then called him and left him a very unhappy voicemail explaining our inability to contact anyone with info on our car. I asked him to call me. He never did (Richie Nelson) Finally after again calling and being very upset another service rep called me with an estimate. (Dan Murphy). He was very nice and said the car would be fixed and ready late Friday afternoon. On Friday again it was mid day and we had not heard from ANYONE at this dealer. My son called Joe Candela and he said the car would not be ready as promised until MONDAY! On Monday the car was finally ready but the estimate we were given was not correct and we were charged another $80 for a socket (which no-one ever discussed with us). No-one ever called us to apologize or handle our frustration. I will never go there again. No excuse because of this bad service dept I have bought 2 Lexus cars because Prestige Lexus service is amazing. They call or text you when they say they will and I have never had anything but a positive experience. More
