sucks i told the front ladys that I need oil change and my ac smell bad. So I need ac filter change as well. Thx. Every time I turn on ac. It remind me that xxxx. And I did call back. But they said they got confused. sorry about that. If I want to do ac filter change I need to bring my car another day and pay and wait. The lady said it should be 200$ Something to do the oil change and ac filter change. And when I go to the cashier. She said total is 165$. Then I know something is wrong. More
Fustration with the Service Dept. After bringing my vehicle in three separate times over the course of a year to eliminate a rattle in the right rear quarterpanel, The service dept. co After bringing my vehicle in three separate times over the course of a year to eliminate a rattle in the right rear quarterpanel, The service dept. conveniently blamed the rattle on a set of aftermarket brake pads that were installed only a month ago. When I questioned them on how it was possible to have a rattle for a year and blame recent brake pads for the problem, they had no good answer. First time it was in for the rattle they told me it was fixed and the problem was a loose fender brace. The second time in for the same problem they told me it was fixed and they secured a drain tube that was making the noise. This time the answer was brake pads. I have given up on MB of Paramus. More

After checking up, the brakes were good, but I changed the V-Ribbe The reason for my visit to check on my GL-450. My daughter complained about brakes. After checking up, the brakes were good, but I changed the V-Ribbed belt and upper grooved idler pulley. Also, I had been informed about one active air bags recall . Service My major complaint was an inability to get a service loaner despite booking my B service 8 days out. And really needing one. The dealership did accomm My major complaint was an inability to get a service loaner despite booking my B service 8 days out. And really needing one. The dealership did accommodate by getting a driver back to my second car at a nearby location (driven by my wife, who will not venture on to Rt 17). However, this was a major inconvenience for my wife. Further, I wasn't able to bring the car in until 10am, because the "booking" person said a driver would not be available before then. Upon completion of the service, a driver was sent to pick me up at my residence, but only after a couple of phone calls with my service advisor who said it was better for the driver to pick me up at my house, since he thought he might lose him if I drove back to where I was inititially dropped off--which suggests drivers are in short supply as well I WANT TO EMPHASIZE MY SERVICE ADVISOR WAS SUPER HELPFUL and this is in no way a criticism of him. I had to get this service done when I booked it because of a planned trip and although retired I am going through a super busy period. Bottom line, if I was still working this would have been an insurmountable problem. Be aware that my daughter, because of service issues bought a new C300 and 550 sport utility from Nanuet Mercedes in the last 6 months after buying 2 cars in prior years from Paramus. And she is not the only person in town who has gone to Nanuet. Why didn't the booking person offer a house pick up back and forth to begin with? I assume service driver availability. By the way car was returned super clean, better than usual. More

Requested Feedback Let's just say that this experience was not as good as the MB experience in Sarasota or in Scottsdale.
