Hello, We apologize that there was some miscommunication between who you spoke with initially and who assisted you for your service. Based on your username, we are unable to pull your work history and contact information. In speaking with our Service Manager Rich Lombardi, he advised that from the price mentioned, it sounds like the interior cabin air filter was recommended. We strive to be as convenient as possible for all of our customers and agree that while there was a driver available to pick you up and drop you off at your residence, there should have been more flexibility in when that pick up could have been scheduled.
