Short staffed led to long wait times Always friendly service...when someone is available to wait on you. It was apparent that service center was short staffed on the day of my visit. This resulted in long wait times for drop off and pick up. Everyone was attentive in trying to service every customer but there just was not enough staff to service in timely manner. Chris as a service adviser was great. He was very helpful during my consultation. Turnaround time for actual service was great as well. More
Outstanding service in Service Dept Just leased an S -Class (dealer demo) and found a few 'spots' in the car that needed cleaning...we had planned to take it in to service on Friday but Just leased an S -Class (dealer demo) and found a few 'spots' in the car that needed cleaning...we had planned to take it in to service on Friday but, as life goes ,things did not go as planned. So we thought to bring it Saturday and wait for it.... Then, we found that my husband needed to get to his job unexpectedly and of course needing to do two things at one time is always a challenge. Keith in service to the rescue. Having dealt with this dealership for years (prior Prestige), we needed to get a loaner car so that my husband could get to his job and without a prior appointment to reserve one, it could be almost impossible. Of course, Saturday was very busy and indeed loaner cars were scarce... In steps Donna, the very sweet service receptionist. She passed me to her Service Manager, Keith. In moments, he listened to my predicament , placed me on hold for a minute and then told me he had a car. Seems like a simple management decision but not really. I realize Keith has a lot to deal with simultaneously and his ability and kindness to help me on the spot is beyond amazing and demonstrates his professionalism and his car for his customers. Keith is a wonderful service manager and a great asset to this dealership. More

Terrific Advice and Service Provided by Mark Resende My 2012 GL 350 had several items that required repair. Mark was conscientious in explaining issues and trying to find lower cost ways to fix the vehic My 2012 GL 350 had several items that required repair. Mark was conscientious in explaining issues and trying to find lower cost ways to fix the vehicle. Mark had the technician foreman diagnose and personally test drive the vehicle. Mark secured me a loaner car while my vehicle was being examined amid high demand for loaners. Mercedes-Benz of Paramus does a great job of supplying loaner cars to its clients. Mark was really good at e-mailing, texting and calling to keep me informed throughout the process. I really do appreciate his attention to details. More

Service I have had to return multiple times for omissions on the service department. The advisors are excellent however they do not do the service. Now I fin I have had to return multiple times for omissions on the service department. The advisors are excellent however they do not do the service. Now I find that they are limiting the use of loaners, this will certainly provide for trouble scheduling service without an option. More
