Teresa was great!! Teresa, in service, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Kudos to Teresa. The only issue I had was when I called in and the receptionist answered. She was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence, telling me it was not her department. Then she transferred me to a voice mail. I was not happy at all. You should not have people like that working for you that are not customer centric. Teresa was very nice and she took care of me - it was a good thing because I would not have recommended you any longer if Teresa did not answer the phone next. Also, Bob - the driver, was so very nice. More

I was completely disgusted with his behavior, and for that matter, the behavior of the customer he was speaking with. Absolutely unacceptable. This isn't the first time I was completely disregarded and treated like I was invisible, upon arriving for scheduled services. I guess my quiet, polite, and soft spoken demeanor are not appreciated. Maybe I need to go elsewhere for a vehicle in the future, and never purchase a Mercedes-Benz again. Absolutely disgusted. More

Customer Service Needs Improvement Recently I was at the dealership for a service appointment. This was the second time in the past year I came for a service appointment. Unfortunately, the same concerns surfaced - poor customer service. Although the service on the car and the waiting area were fine, the amount of time I had to wait to be acknowledged as a customer was unacceptable. I saw lots of people scurrying around but yet it took about 10 minutes for someone to come up and serve me. For my next service, I am considering another Mercedes-Benz dealership. More

He was also great to work with. As a matter of fact, I will ask for him the next time I need servicing. This is our fifth Mercedes and with this service, it will not be our last. And they were all purchased at your dealership. More
