Oil change takes 2 times to complete Wow you can learn a lot from other dealers. 1st have someone ready to greet customers as they drive in. 2nd have loaner cars and more service dates Wow you can learn a lot from other dealers. 1st have someone ready to greet customers as they drive in. 2nd have loaner cars and more service dates available. Had to book a general oil change 3 weeks ahead of time and with no loaner available, the check engine light turned on 2 days after service called service and after about 2 hours they were able to get me a loaner. Then when I got a loaner it’s a lower model then my own car. Non of my service experience at your facility had even been a pleasant one. More

Routine service + Tire Repair I had an excellent experience (as always) with prestige. This was my first time getting routine service and I could not have had a better experience. I had an excellent experience (as always) with prestige. This was my first time getting routine service and I could not have had a better experience. They kept me informed on the status of my car throughout the time they had it (they discovered a nail in my tire that needed to be replaced). They also provided me with a loaner car so that I did not need to be without a car while it was at Prestige. Both Richie and Chris were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend Prestige to all Mercedes drivers! More

Teresa was great!! Teresa, in service, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Kudos to Teresa. The only issue I had was when I called in and the receptionist answered. She was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence, telling me it was not her department. Then she transferred me to a voice mail. I was not happy at all. You should not have people like that working for you that are not customer centric. Teresa was very nice and she took care of me - it was a good thing because I would not have recommended you any longer if Teresa did not answer the phone next. Also, Bob - the driver, was so very nice. More
