Routine service + Tire Repair I had an excellent experience (as always) with prestige. This was my first time getting routine service and I could not have had a better experience. They kept me informed on the status of my car throughout the time they had it (they discovered a nail in my tire that needed to be replaced). They also provided me with a loaner car so that I did not need to be without a car while it was at Prestige. Both Richie and Chris were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend Prestige to all Mercedes drivers! More

Teresa was great!! Teresa, in service, was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Kudos to Teresa. The only issue I had was when I called in and the receptionist answered. She was rude and unprofessional. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence, telling me it was not her department. Then she transferred me to a voice mail. I was not happy at all. You should not have people like that working for you that are not customer centric. Teresa was very nice and she took care of me - it was a good thing because I would not have recommended you any longer if Teresa did not answer the phone next. Also, Bob - the driver, was so very nice. More
