Received a email from Mercedes Really unprofessional service I hit my car to a pot hole and toke to Mercedes on rt 17 inn Paramus nj simple fixe. The dealer didn’t know what to do t Really unprofessional service I hit my car to a pot hole and toke to Mercedes on rt 17 inn Paramus nj simple fixe. The dealer didn’t know what to do they replace my headrest and kip pup ping out 3 time and couldn’t see a simple problem and the service advisor kip telling me that the headrest is defective after changing it 3time still not fixed in till told them do you what your doing finally find the problem and it was a short under the seat they hade my car for almost 6 week. I would not recommend this Mercedes dealer to any one More

Check engine light Have been having problems with check engine light going on and off for some time. The technicians diagnosed the problem as a cam sensor issue.
