What, no loaner cars? I made my service appointment 2 weeks out, and was told there were no loaner cars available. I have NEVER had to book that far out to get a car. I decided to wait the 1 hour I was told it would take to do the service. After sitting there for 1 1/2 hours, I was told they needed more time. I did not have more time to give them . My wonderful service manager Chris, stepped right in and got me a loaner car within 5 minutes and sent me on my way to another appointment. When I returned, he had my car waiting out front, not the usual long wait at pick up time. More

From scheduling of the service appointment, for a recall matter that Mercedes-Benz issued, to the drop off, pick-up of a loaner vehicle to the final completion of the work and pick-up of my vehicle at the dealership, the service was excellent on all counts. The service experience at this location has always been excellent and the new ownership is continuing that tradition in my view. Definitely a Mercedes-Benz dealership I have confidence in continuing to do business with. More

Awful. Never again will I go to this dealer This is my first Mercedes and this was my first service call (a recall and very simple repair). I made my appointment weeks in advance and reserved a This is my first Mercedes and this was my first service call (a recall and very simple repair). I made my appointment weeks in advance and reserved a loaner car. Long story short... I went to drop the car on time, only to be told after 40 minutes that there was no loaner for me. Someone had to drive me home (missed two appointments that day). Car was supposed to be serviced and delivered by the next morning at 9 am, and I was supposed to receive a confirmation (of course, no call), but the next day when I called to make sure the car was coming, I was told "paperwork was being gathered" and 40 minutes later I got a call from the manager (now 10:30) to let me know the car was not worked on yet. No notes in the file, no instructions about delivering the car... need I go on? Car was finally delivered by the manager at around 1. He was apologetic but it was too late to really fix what happened. Shockingly bad customer service and completely unacceptable for a high end car company. More
Process that took place in getting yearly maintenance servic I took my car in for its yearly service on Thursday, July 26th. I know that it would take a day or so to complete a 70,000 mile check up. On Saturday I received a call from Teresa Zarour, my Service Advisor, who informed me that my car would need front pads and rotors for which I agreed to replace. She also indicated that my car would be ready by Monday afternoon. As she indicated, she called on Monday to say the car was ready for pick up and had been washed/cleaned as usual. I know it took a little longer than usual, but I had a loaner, for which I thank you, Teresa kept me informed, and the car is rides so much better. More
