excellent service! Brought SUV in for 40,000 maintenance. Just so happens I had a problem occur on the way to appointment. Not on a rainy day I forgot they usually wash my car but this time The car had something in the back like dirt .After all the wait and keeping the car for three days t I forgot they usually wash my car but this time The car had something in the back like dirt .After all the wait and keeping the car for three days the least they could have done is wash it.I had stated before that it was raining the day I took my car in the floor was soooo slippery and my mother and I almost slipped. You had a poor kind young lady that helped my mother then I had to wait 30 mins. While you had lots of people working there were at least seven people waiting just to get started. I came back 3 days later and had to wait again. They couldn't decide whether the tire was fixed or not. More

Best of a bad situation I have a brand new 2018 Sl 450 with 1200 miles it’s been back to the dealer three different times mainly for brake noise And several other annoying I have a brand new 2018 Sl 450 with 1200 miles it’s been back to the dealer three different times mainly for brake noise And several other annoying problems my service advisor Dave was amazing pretty annoyed every time it goes in I have to wait a week to get it back but that’s not the service department fault it’s more so a hundred thousand dollar lemon ..... also The service advisor manager was extremely helpful guiding me to contact Mercedes because the dealer cannot do anything at this point they replaced the brakes twice and still have the same problem...... basic service I worked with Teresa and she was excellent. I have 2 complaints When I pulled into the service area no one was present at the desk. after approx 10 mi I worked with Teresa and she was excellent. I have 2 complaints When I pulled into the service area no one was present at the desk. after approx 10 min waiting someone finally appeared to help me. Even though 10 minutes is not a long time I didn't expect the service desk area to be empty at a Mercedes dealer, When i finally met with Teresa everything went well. As a former Prestige MB owner I am familiar with bringing my car in for a basic service. In the past my car would be finished and ready fo pick up the same day. This time it took until the next day.
