Needs improvement After being very poorly service by Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance program, they finally sent a third-party tow service to us. Our vehicle was tow After being very poorly service by Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance program, they finally sent a third-party tow service to us. Our vehicle was towed to mercedes-Benz of Paramus dealership as a result of a damaged tire and rim . We were told a loaner car would be made available to us. When we arrived at the dealership to meet our car, we waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to assist us. When someone finally came to assist us, they apologized saying that a lot of the people were out to lunch. We then learned that the loaner car that was supposed to be waiting for us, was not available. We eventually were put in touch with the service advisor named Glenn would who was very accommodating More
Poor planning and management It took almost 3 weeks to make an appointment for a Service A ( basically an oil change) and a another 3 days to get the car back! Any other dealershi It took almost 3 weeks to make an appointment for a Service A ( basically an oil change) and a another 3 days to get the car back! Any other dealership or mechanic would have had my car back within the same day? I had to stay in the area for my job not knowing when my car was going to be ready. It is bad enough I have to travel a half hour to get to the dealership, another 45 minutes to get out of the dealership and then again the only time they were quick was to take my money. More

Not that impressed I had to drop my car off for service and I waited at the counter at least five minutes while several employees just walked past me without even speak I had to drop my car off for service and I waited at the counter at least five minutes while several employees just walked past me without even speaking or asking if I needed help. Finally a. young lady came to ask me if I needed help and I said yes I've been waiting here for a while and she did finally get someone to wait on me. I have to say they put me in a E3 hundred series from my C class so that was quite an upgrade. I think they do that so it will give you the better car hoping you'll upgrade on the spot! Upon my return it wasn't much better. There is no direction when you come in to greet you and direct you to the right person. I wasn't the only one feeling the frustration. It seems like a big runaround game. And I found the people at the service desk that's is outside very rude. They stand around and spoke to each other and did not even bother to smile.. I will take my car back there only because of the convenience but I think at their next staff meeting and needs to be a conversation about how to please the customer and greet the customer. More

Very disappointing The loaner was not available as promised. The Service advisor told me, I know you have requested a loaner but none is available. Meanwhile, at the next desk a customer was being told, let me get your loaner for you. I requested the cost of having my brake pedal pad replaced. This was not furnished to me. After waiting for my car to be service for 4 hours, I paid for bill and got in my car. After starting the car, the warning alert for the right light and tire pressure appeared. The light needed to be replaced and the tire pressure required attention. I was told to replace the light the cost would be $85.00. Fortunately, I was told the service manager elected not to charge me servicing after I paid for service. I have used the Paramus Mercedes Benz dealership for service since I purchased my ML350. After yesterday's visit I will now re-consider my choice. This was the worst Service Advisor that I have ever encountered, no customer service friendly attitude. He made me feel very unwanted as a customer. More
