Service I came to do 5 recalls on 2 year old car (!). I’m not even sure how to describe the way how I was treated. This guy treated me like I am a child and t I came to do 5 recalls on 2 year old car (!). I’m not even sure how to describe the way how I was treated. This guy treated me like I am a child and talked to me like I’m an idiot. When I told him that there is something wrong with my tires after looking at them his advice for me was to get a new car! I didn’t know that when the tires go bad I should get a new car. I wonder if the batteries in the car keys go bad I should change the car too? The loaner was dirty and had only quarter of gas. More

Not happy with the service. After spending $2200 & 3 weeks waiting for the service, my car is not on any better shape. Actually worse than before I brought in. I think Kief Ridley tried, but all blame goes to “old car”. But my car has only 27000 miles driven though ( 95 s 420 ) Sales people gave me a trade in value less than the amount I just paid for the service. I am strongly against purchasing another Mercedes at this point. Also I waited for a month to get an appointment & loaner car, but loaner car was not available on the service day. I am not sure this service center is able to handle old model cars. More

Turned out the service advisor(Steve) I spoke to went on vacation and must of never passed along his pending services. Had to speak to 4 other people to find out when my car will be finished. They were nice enough to have someone drive it over to my house, but he forgot his phone in the car. So I had to drive there anyway to drop off his phone. More

CAR REPAIR MY CAR WAS AT MERCEDES FOR 1 MONTH AND THE OIL CHANGE WAS NOT COMPLETED AND STATE FARM INSURNSE DENIED THE CLAIM AS YOU WOULD NOT INSTALL RE-CONDITION MY CAR WAS AT MERCEDES FOR 1 MONTH AND THE OIL CHANGE WAS NOT COMPLETED AND STATE FARM INSURNSE DENIED THE CLAIM AS YOU WOULD NOT INSTALL RE-CONDITIONED PARTS. I HAVE PURCHASED 5 CARS FROM YOUR MERCEDES N BMW DEALERSHIP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND THERESA WAS NOT ON TOP OF THIS AND I CALLED HER MANY TIMES AND ONLY A FEW OF MY CALLS RETURNED, ALSO STATE FARM INS CALLED HER 4 DAYS IN A ROW AND GOT NO RETURNED CALLS EITHER, I WAS DOING HER JOB TRYING TO STAY ON TOP OF THIS, POOR JOB FROM A BIG DEALESHIP More

Front side interior door panel repair Called on Monday several times no one picked up in the service department. Then I called the main desk and the women who answered the phone was not p Called on Monday several times no one picked up in the service department. Then I called the main desk and the women who answered the phone was not pleasant almost nasty. The part that was replaced will need to be done again since the seat belt rubs against it. It is i a design problem not a misuse issue. The service department stated they did it under warranty this time but, will not in the future. I do not understand why since they saw the problem first hand. I have been buying cars from Prestige for a long time. But, will need to give it major thought with the new company that owns the dealership now. More
