Not what it used to be Service is slow and not responsive. I called ahead to reschedule my appointment no answer. I arrived and waited a half hour with no agent so I filled Service is slow and not responsive. I called ahead to reschedule my appointment no answer. I arrived and waited a half hour with no agent so I filled out the form and left to catch my flight I left my car for 5 Days no one called to tell me it was done and ready. I called in advance when flight landed to see if ready no one answered went to mail. Arrived to pick it up ... and waited again, no sense of urgency or interest. I really expect better from Mercedes. (Ps. The guy I was waiting with had same experience) More
Kief in the Service Dept. worked things out for our best! We had a situation where we needed a loaner and none was available. Kief was kind enough to listen to our concerns and make sure that we got our car We had a situation where we needed a loaner and none was available. In a coincidence we needed new tires on our CLS550 and my brother referred us to his dealer, MB of Paramus. I must say that it was a great referral. CJ, Teresa and Natalie treated me like I was a regular customer of their dealership. Everybody was professional, accommodating and caring of my situation and service needs for my car. If I ever move back to NJ, you can be sure MB Paramus will become my go to for Sales & Service. More
Couldn't speak with my advisers for 36 hours! They pick up my car 11 a.m. until the next day 6 p.m. I wasn't able to speak to my advisor. Also regarding the loner I ask for bigger car since my car is a truck I received small C-Class loaner, they were assuring me that I could fit car seat and two other kids in the back which I wasn't able to do. We hustle for 4 days. I wish the communication between the customer and dealer improved in the future. My car came back not vacuumed only washed outside sloppy job More

Terrible Customer Service! I dropped off the car on Friday 9/7 at 9AM (no loaner was availble when appt was made but was told it will take hours to complete the service). After I dropped off the car on Friday 9/7 at 9AM (no loaner was availble when appt was made but was told it will take hours to complete the service). After multiple calls on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, I got a call back from service rep on Tuesday morning to tell me they are wokring on my car and should be ready at night! When I got to dealership at night, rep was’t there and paperwork was not ready for me to receive the car! Another service rep had to help me locate the paperwork so my car can be released. If I can give this dealership 0 stars, I would gladly do it. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! More
