Worst experience ever. Waited 45 minutes for help. First drove in and no one helped me. Than was told that someone would meet me at my car and no one game over. Than I walked up to someone and I was to First drove in and no one helped me. Than was told that someone would meet me at my car and no one game over. Than I walked up to someone and I was told to wait in the lounge. I waited for 45 minutes before someone helped me. I needed to get back to work right away. My other car is a Nissan and drop off takes 2-3 minutes. Once Mercedes was aware that I was upset the service got better but at this time it was too late. I will never come back for service and I will not buy my next car from this dealership. More
Absolutely Horrible! Lost for words on how horrible I was treated! Maybe because I am a women. I had a loaner car scheduled. I clearly have noise coming from somewhere, but when I go to drop the car off I am told its a simple little paneling on the TOP of my car. Brushed off and sent on my way! Still with the squealing UNDER my car. No respect.. and come to find out that they are low on loaner cars! More
Service experience so bad it's almost funny. Was promptly on time for 9:30 am drop-off for service. Waited over an hour to see service rep. Then they admitted they overcommitted on loaner cars and none was available. They arranged a Hertz rental for me. To make long story short, I arrived home at 12:30 pm. Understand recent business sale and new management. They have already lost me as service customer; others in waiting room were equally frustrated. Not Glenn's fault! More

Went to his desk and I am told that they were out of loaners at 9am. I wondered how that could happen when I had received at least 6 emails reminding me of my appointment. May someone ought to read the reminders. I spoke with Steves manager and he could do nothing about a loaner but offered to pick up my car if I wanted to drive back home. I have bought cars here for probably 20 years and never had a problem. I wound up spending a couple of extra hours which I could not afford to do. When the car was supposedly ready Steve said it was out in the waiting area. I went out looking for the car, could not find it. Had to look for Steve who had trouble finding it also. No I dont think I will be back and I really dont think anybody cares but perhaps my long time Salesman Marty Hasher who would be very disappointed with the way I was unserviced. More

Not very good since new ownership I came yesterday to pick up my car. After I paid at the counter I had to wait 39 min to get my car. They couldn’t not find the keys of my vehicle. I will switch dealership. I have been with prestige for more than 10 years, I never experience anything like that, and your greed people where on FaceTime with babies and no one cared about my situation. Sorry I am done. More

Overcharging for a part that should have had a warranty I paid for $1400 for an alternator in 2017. My battery died last month. I replaced the battery. Then the battery light comes on again. A second opini I paid for $1400 for an alternator in 2017. My battery died last month. I replaced the battery. Then the battery light comes on again. A second opinion confirmed my battery was dying because of the alternator. I called Paramus MB, I was told it was probably under warranty (expecting a two year warranty). I waited two weeks for an appointment (driving without AC to save my battery), they held my car for three days, then told it was out of warranty and a new alternator would cost $1400. I took elsewhere and replaced it for $800. Still had to pay Paramus MB $180 for a diagnosis confirming a broken alternator which the other guy did for free in 30seconds. The mechanic said the alternator was shorting and had welded it’s own components together and he needed a torch to remove it - clearly a defective part that should never have left the factory but still not covered by warranty. I paid $1400 for an alternator, then $300 for the battery that the defective alternative drained only to be charged another $180 for a diagnosis from Paramus MB which determined the part they put in in the first place was garbage and that they would charge me nearly double a fair price to fix it. Paramus MB is a nightmare. I refuse to give my business to an establishment with such offensive practices. P.S. It’s not the staff’s fault, they’re probably good guys just doing there jobs. More
Horrible i went to Prestige as for i am a long time customer. i gave them my cars issues. Mind you a 2017 S63 186,000 dollar car. The car shuts off when started stalls, stalls at lights after the eco kicks on. I have cars Beeping at me while trying to restart. Asked them to louder my parking sensors Because i cant hear them. They are very low. Also brought in for a service. The passenger side seat belt was twisted. The only thing they fixed was the service which who knows if they did that right. Ya cant physically see that. They fixed the seat belt. The very next day The issue with the car still stalling when started and after Eco mode. At a light again. haha what a joke on me. The parking sensors were not touched. Worst part of the whole experience. I called for an appointment for a loaner lol waited 2 weeks. I get there on time and they tell me to leave - no loaners available. no call No heads up at all. Just told me to come back tomorrow. Thank god for Axel. A great service employee saw me and took care of holding a car the next day for my loaner. Other then Axel I cant say 1 good thing about the place. The only thing they wanted was more money to change my brake pads. They didn't want to address all the issues with the car. Just looking to get that extra 1400 for the brake pads which cost me half at another location with the same Mb parts. Sad to say but ill never go back and worst part is i really like Axel. Hes the reason I continued to go to prestige But unfortunately he cant control the whole operation. More
