10k /first year service I was greeted warmly and informed in detail what was being checked in my car. The waiting area was very comfortable and had food and drinks. Service Repeatedly returned to service department for same problem left the vehicle for more than 3 weeks and was returned back to me with same problem they t Repeatedly returned to service department for same problem left the vehicle for more than 3 weeks and was returned back to me with same problem they tried to charge me for covers warranty parts. I have to take my vehicle to a private garage they found the problem and fixed my vehicle for half the price of the dealership. racist very unprofessional had an appointment when i got there they guy kept saying no you don't have appt and we don't have loaner kept looking for the email conformation while had an appointment when i got there they guy kept saying no you don't have appt and we don't have loaner kept looking for the email conformation while doing this the rep insist that i don't have app't then i show him the email then he said wow this is weird then gave me very nasty attitude ever , made everything complicated i didn't have my license and i had my passport and a picture of my DL he kept giving me looks and try finding anything to not give the loaner and tell me sorry loaner cars are a lot money if something happen you wont be able to afford it and the process takes long time ! he kept explaining what loaner car is and i keep telling him i had loaner 6 times before and again he kept saying i don't see it in the system . after 3 hours my girlfriend came who is not color person like me and this is when he started to be nice but ran to the manager told him i don't feel comfy about him he have a passport and a picture of his ID but if she gave her ID she can get the loaner fast .. i am so serious about all this and i really spent 4 hours ! whoever reading this and thinking i am saying so much stuff actually this is a short story ! No service going on here I’ve been serving my car there for several years. I had to bring my car in twice since the summer and both times were a disappointment. First, I I’ve been serving my car there for several years. I had to bring my car in twice since the summer and both times were a disappointment. First, I am always assigned a different service advisor so I have absolutely no relationship with anyone there. Second, both times I was not contacted about the status of my car. Both times, I had to call the service center and leave voicemails (since the phones go to voicemail). I received a call back from a sales agent wanting to sell me a new car before I was advised of the status of my vehicle. This last visit was the icing on the cake. They had my car for 13 days before I got it back. Granted it was a bigger service, but the lack of communication was abysmal. Lastly, one of the messages I left asked the GM of the dealership to call me back. I am still waiting....... More
Service I was very disappointed when I went to have my car serviced. Their was no loaner cars turned in even though I made my appointment 3 weeks prior. The manager Keith was verybapologetic and showed true leadership. He not only took me to work but when my car was finished he delivered it to my job. This says a lot about having a great sense of business and going the extra mile for your clients. I will continue to get my car serviced here as well as purchase! More

Disorganized, no knowledge of customer service skills My car was scheduled for routine service on Tuesday, told running late would be ready on Wednesday I would get a call once it was washed and ready, no My car was scheduled for routine service on Tuesday, told running late would be ready on Wednesday I would get a call once it was washed and ready, no call. I called twice without getting any call back. Left voice messages without a response. Thursday morning called again voice mail and no call back, called again saying I was coming over at 11:30 to pick up my car because the child car seat in it was needed. I called early never got a call back, so I went topic up my car. I was told it was ready delay was because they needed tropical something. They would bring it around, 45 minutes later I was still waiting, turns out no one could find my car,. Over an hour pasted when some one walked the lot and finally found it. Not one person offered an apology or anything.... More
