slow service I went there at 9 m to get my plates and took too long due to a glitch with the rear plate. Went around thru the shop an asked them if they could take a look at my tire for my 9 am appointment. They said I should go through the service which I did. Overall I waited 45 minutes for the 9 am appointment so they could look at my deflating tire. 4 people were taking the cars in and the information needed in the service area. All slow and with attitude. Two of the girls would shout out in Spanish and make all kind of comments. I approached the one and told her that I was in a hurry, and was waiting for too long. I don't know the names of the one i dealt with, as she didn't introduce herself. She was bored to death to work there and looked that she felt entitled. She stated with boredom that the others ahead of me had precedence. So much for the appointment when you show up and still wait like you never had one!!! Defeats the point. After waiting till 9:55, I told her that I wanted to speak with the manager. Her answer:" I spoke to him already" ME: What??? I want to talk to him, not you talking to him for me. So I asked her to get me to the manager which she did. He, Keif, was super friendly with good manners, took my car himself and made sure I got to my 9:30 appointment ( arrived there at 10:20) and kept me in the loop about the problem, . Too bad the front people ruin it for the rest of them because I won't go back there. I have been to other service MB like Newton and Morristown, as I own 3 MB, they are excellent in every aspect. none has been this bad and slow. The reason I went there is because i bought my last car 2 weeks ago from this branch. More

Excellent customer service. I got treated like a Benz customer. Service advisor is on top of everything. Communication was accurate and timely. Steve Dufalo was excellent I've had service at this dealer many times before over many different vehicles. I must say that up until now I've never been enamored with the servic I've had service at this dealer many times before over many different vehicles. I must say that up until now I've never been enamored with the service advisors and their follow up. (the work has been just fine, but the people in front not so much.) This experience was different. Steve Dufalo was the first service advisor that truly followed up and seemed engaged in the process. I hope this is a sign of positive change and not just a unique person that I've encountered for the first time. He called me as promised and kept me appraised of the work performed. I also had the opportunity to speak to the Loaner dept manager the evening before and I must also add that he was extremely accommodating and although he wasn't in on the day of my service, he made sure that our conversations were taken addressed of in his absence. Thank you as well. More
