Great Service Once Again! I picked up a nail in my tire late one afternoon. I called to bring my car in to repair/replace the tire. I got an appointment the next morning at 7 I picked up a nail in my tire late one afternoon. I called to bring my car in to repair/replace the tire. I got an appointment the next morning at 7:00 am and was out by 8:00 with a new tire. I was greeted by Axel Arroyo who got my car into the service bay very quickly and got the car back to me as soon as it was finished. As always, Axel is one of the reasons I drive a Mercedes rather an an Audi. More

Spent a lot of $ and the tire inflation settings were off $3500 for service, tires, and bake pads (plus next service coupon) and the tire inflation indicator kept going off. Why couldn't the settings have be $3500 for service, tires, and bake pads (plus next service coupon) and the tire inflation indicator kept going off. Why couldn't the settings have been accurately applied before leaving the dealership? My husband has to take the car back and he's busy and frankly doesn't have time for this. It should have been correct before he pulled out of service bay. More

Never Again I will never purchase another MB. I will never use the MB-Paramus service again. I was forgotten, and dismissed. My car was onsite for 3 weeks after t I will never purchase another MB. I will never use the MB-Paramus service again. I was forgotten, and dismissed. My car was onsite for 3 weeks after told Maybe 2 days. I was not kept informed, I am so disappointed in finding out my 9year old car (Avg 9,000 / year) needs a new AC unit. Why cant a MB AC unit last for longer than 9 years? Its not even a wear item. Lastly, after 3 weeks my lights that needed replacement didn't even happen and the service mechanics know it because when I picked my car up, it was running so the fault indicator was reset. I drove 2 miles to my house. Turned off the car then turned it back on and the fault indicators turned back on. I am very unhappy and can not understand why these cars don't last. What happened to this dealership? More

Service Call Service to vehicle was fine. New service protocol for drop off and pick up needs work. With Prestige system, it was better. The dealer called 4 tim Service to vehicle was fine. Car kept overnight with no call. Waited 30 minutes for pick up, talked to 3 people and nobody could get my car. More
