really bad service . I have a 2013 convertible benz E350. they sold me a bumper to bumper insurance in 2016 for 5 years. i paid $4500 for it, which is higher and i did . I have a 2013 convertible benz E350. they sold me a bumper to bumper insurance in 2016 for 5 years. i paid $4500 for it, which is higher and i did that because the agent told me that it will literally "cover everything". Guess what. It doesn't cover everything. My convertible top was leaking and i took it to them to fix it and 1- they denied it. they say its not covered. 2- the agent who was working on my case left the job, and no one knew what was going on with my car. they had given me the impression that their folks are looking into it, which never happened. i kept leaving the messages on that persons voice machine and emailing but no one would reply. 1.5 weeks passed by just like this. 3. i called my comprehensive insurance and they did send them a check for $1543 to fix it, but they did not fix and instead wasted that money on inspection and all other xxxxxxxx that didn't matter in the first place. (diagnostic fees etc...) . 2.5 weeks passed by more. 4. Keif started saying that whole top needs to be replaced and insurance should just total the car. car has 32000 miles on it and if i took it to an outside shop, they will probably fix it for $200-300 only. i want to get it from the insurance/s because i paid heavily so i will have peace of mind, which is the last thing which is happening. i don't know whats wrong with these guys and why they want to total my car. some kind of scheme going on here. 4. its been more than one month now and the guy says that (Kief Ridley), that i should pay them another 1500 so they can fix it. Not only that, this guy is not responsive as well. i keep sending him emails and calling him but he will reply once a week, and only once he feels like. 5- its 5th week now my car is at the shop and i cant drive. when i called Keif this morning, he picked my call after many tries and told me to call insurance, which i did, liberty mutual updated me with status and now i called Keif back and he is again out of picture for another week. 6- all these weeks, when the adjuster comes, he was not there , and he didn't reply to adjuster emails etc...and the process just took forever. when adjuster came, he told him that whole top doesn't need to get changed and then he agreed. not sure why the dude wanted to replace the whole top. its a very small leak but they are trying to make money one way or another, even though they have to screw their customers to any extend. sick and tired of their service. lets see what happens next. More

Only issue I have is the loaner vehicle wait...typically waiting 3 weeks to get a loaner vehicle for a service appointment is not what i'd expect. I had to settle for a drop off ...... More

He also runs around like a professional athlete, and keeps this busy shop running like a finely tuned Rolex. Dan Murphy was my service representative and was friendly, efficient, and well spoken. He delivered on everything he promised, and called me when the vehicle was complete so I could pick it up early. If you folks keep this up, I will be converting all my vehicles over to Mercedes. You should be proud of delivering the kind of customer service that people hope for, but usually do not receive. In fact, this is why I left Benzel Busch. Keep up the good work and thank you. More
Dissapointing!!! Just to start off, I am an ASE Certified Technician. So I bring my 2013 GL450 to Mercedez-Benz of Paramus and I explained what the issue was with my c Just to start off, I am an ASE Certified Technician. So I bring my 2013 GL450 to Mercedez-Benz of Paramus and I explained what the issue was with my car. Loud noise at cold start only which is the Timing Chain Tensioner, my service advisor Teresa was very nice and she wrote down the issue but just to check it the charge was $179. All you need to do is start then car when engine is cold and you will hear it right away so that's a 5 min job which I agreed to pay the hourly labor rate. Than I get a call that my coolant bleeder hose is leaking so bad that it needs to be changed right away. So that's another hour labor plus parts. When all said and done, I paid $331 in labor which was very upsetting to me since the whole job that they did took less than 20 min for both issues. It was a little plastic hose right on top of the engine attached by 3 clips, not even screws. On top of that they charge me another $20 to dispose the little plastic tube. This is very dissapointing service and Mercedes-Benz of Paramus will never see my cars or my family's cars there every again. More
Disappointing I had my tires rotated as part of my 70k service. Given that I have a Mercedes GLK, the tire pressure is intended to be higher in the rear (40psi) as I had my tires rotated as part of my 70k service. Given that I have a Mercedes GLK, the tire pressure is intended to be higher in the rear (40psi) as compared with the front (35psi). When the dealership rotated my tires, they did not rebalance my tire pressure. They only rotated the backs to the front. This caused me to have to make an additional trip to a service station to have this fixed. More
