Rightaway the concierge took down my details and assigned the service advisor (Ms. Tamara) who requested me to wait inside the lounge (which was the option I had chosen) . She made sure to gave me updates as well as to how the service was progressing and within an hour and a half the service was over and she got the paperwork processed for that. The car came back cleaned and ready to go. I look forward to being there for my 10 thousand mile service session. More

The Service department makes is so easy, i leave my car in the morning and due to the great location of the dealer i go to the mall and when i finish my shopping my car is ready. Sometimes i have to loan a car and And i like to drive the new models. The staff is very friendly and they always follow up after the service . More
Too long and incomplete service Dropped my car as a walk in. I was told the piece I needed may not be available. That was partially correct. One water seal for the front passenger door was replaced but not the back. I told them I could leave my car and take a loaner as I done in the past for 5 years or so, but was told that was no longer the practice since the owner of the dealership changed from Prestige. I told them the service was not better but worse. Also, It took about four hours to perform the service I needed. More
