Service appointment 11/27 I made my service appointment for 11/27 3 weeks prior. and reserved a loaner car. Received numerous e mails reminding me of my appointment. I got to your dealership at 7;45AM on 11/27and was told after reviewing the items that needed to be addressed that there were no loaner cars available. If I wanted one I needed to wait till after 9AM to see if any were brought in from Enterprise. Since I am a regular customer for a long time Axel made arrangement to take me to my office in Paramus. I asked before I left what time the car would be ready maybe right after lunch since I was the only customer there at 7:45. At 3Pm I called to see if the car was ready since I did not receive a call as requested. The girl told me after 10 minutes on hold that my car was ready did I want someone to pick me up and bring me back for the car. I asked why they can't drop it at my office she said they did not have two people there to do this. I said ok ha e them pick me up but have them call me when they are leaving so I can prepare to leave my office and meet in front. 10 minutes later they call me sand say they are waiting downstairs I said they would have to wait I was doing something and would be down in 15 minutes. Not very happy with the new ownership and this experience and I have had no issues before and servicing my cars S550 and E300 their for years. In fact my S550 was in for service two weeks ago. Not sure I want to repeat this experience it seems the only one that cares about the customer experience at your dealership is Axel but not a surprise the customers love him just have to wait on the bricks and see how they respond to him More
FANTASTIC THEY WERE RELIABLE ,CORDIAL AND DEPENDABLE. MY CAR GOT SERVICE VERY QUICKLY. NO PROBLEM GETTING AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SERVING. very disappointed I couldn’t get a loaner! I made an appointment for service and was told there were no loaners available for 3 weeks! This is my 4th Mercedez I have never had this problem before. Very inconvenient especially when people are paying what we r paying fir these cars. I know the dealership is under new ownership but the new owner is causing a lot of new problems for all us loyal clients. This may be my last Benz. You can’t cut corners when people are paying top dollar fir a Benz. I’m sure if a professional football player or rapper from Saddle River came in with his Benz for service he would get a loaner . More

Slow service! Car was checked in at the dealer at 7:38AM and was returned to me at 10:23AM. Almost 3 hours to have snowtires mounted and put on my car. If my local Car was checked in at the dealer at 7:38AM and was returned to me at 10:23AM. Almost 3 hours to have snowtires mounted and put on my car. If my local tire shop had nitrogen I would have saved myself a lot of waiting time at the dealer. You need to speed up a simple job like this. More

Customer service is not Mercedes Benz of Paramus priority Not the most pleasant experience 1. First of all I was told I was told it will take two days to get the parts in for my car, I was not happy about it Not the most pleasant experience 1. First of all I was told I was told it will take two days to get the parts in for my car, I was not happy about it but was ok with it since I need the car fix. 2. Did not get the car on the third day as was originally told but got the car on the fourth day 3. Took Glenn 24hrs before he return my call where I left him a voicemail. 4. Call Kief Ridley twice three hours apart and leave him a voicemail each times then finally he return my call two hours later and leave a voicemail 5. Glenn lied to me saying that he in not in on Tuesday 11/20/18 but then I found-out from the person who answer the hone that Glenn was in the office. I then went down to he dealership around 2:30Pm and was told that Glenn just left and would be away for the rest of the week. 6. I finally ask to speak to Glenn manager and was able to speak to a woman (could not remember her name) who says that she is Glenn supervisor. I finally explain the situation to her and she promise to have my car ready for the next day (Wedneday 11/21)a 10Am 7. Wednesday morning I was at the dealership at 10Am and to my surprise Glenn was there (the previous day I was told that he was gone for the rest of the week). Glenn then told me that the car is not ready and would be at least n hour. I then explain to him that his supervisor promise me that it will be ready at 10Am My conclusion is that Good customer services is not Mercedes Benz of Paramus priority More
