They HUSTLED ME!!! The car apparently had an issue with the ignition. I’m march I already had purchased a $400 key that supposedly was the problem. They told me at max with tax and labor I was looking at $1000, and they gave me a loaner. When I went to pick up the car, they billed me for $1695!! They they reduced it to $1395, then to $1211. They told me either I pay it or they was keeping my car . I explained that it was supposed to be $1000 tops. They said pay it or they’d keep my car until I paid it. I use my car for work so I had to cough it up. I GOT HUSTLED!! More

Clearly something wrong, and clearly something that will cause more damage if not repaired based on the sound and feel. After two days, was sent a report - apparently an internal Mercedes service bulletin - claiming that this problem has been identified in the past and is related to summer tires losing flexibility in "cold" weather. Nothing specific, just "cold". And, then told me that they were having trouble identifying the right tires that would eliminate the problem. That's it. No repair, no solution, nothing. Today the temperature is above 50 degrees and the problem continues. Will be pushing this up the chain of command to Mercedes Benz corporate. I guess I now have a better understanding of the slogan "The Best of Nothing". I got the "Nothing" More

The fact that you can’t get anybody on the phone in the service department even after leaving 10 voicemails is totally unacceptable it took me sending you Mr. Delaney an email to get someone to call me I do have to say Felicity is a gem she stepped in and did well above what she needed to do to get the job done. The fact that your service department doesn’t know if a job is done and to redo it it’s crazy if you’d like to know what that is just go ask Felicity. The only reason I gave you guys five stars is because of Felicity and the rest that your service department well let’s just say when you call somebody and leave multiple multiple messages and not return calls from anybody tells me you guys are clueless. So Mr. Delaney I think you should straighten out your service department. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade maybe more I were furred countless and countless people to your dealership and let’s just say if you guys don’t get your xxxx together there be no more referrals. You might tell that I’m pretty upset but have a good reason to be. Oh yeah don’t xxxx up and lose Felicity I would give her a raise. Have a nice day More
Check SRS light & take care of recall Service advisor and all other personnel were courteous. However, my seats were not retuned to the original position which is annoying. Glad to finally get my airbags replaced, Your service Dept. replaced finally my two airbags during the recall. Glove box surface was left dirty and you shouldn't schedule 3 hour service calls when you have no loaner cars to use. But your service rep. was excellent. But the quality of the snack food has dropped off lately, which is important when the three hour service takes place over lunch hour. More

Very poor service on 11.29.2018 I waited 5 hours to have my 50K service done and to have two tires changed. Even people in the service department were shocked an alarmed. They didn't charge me labor on my two tires....not really the type of changes they need here. Entered at 7:30am and was first told by Steve that I would be out in 2 hours. At 10:30 (3 hours later) Steve comes to tell me that they couldn't repair my flat tire! I already knew that, I WANTED a new tire. That took another two hours. Shocking. I kept asking Steve for updates but they weren't delivered promptly. I'm the treasurer of a large pharmaceutical company and wound up missing a meeting with my CEO and CFO. I expect more from this dealership but they didn't deliver. More
