Frustrating The experience I had with my recent visit to Paramus Mercedes was not good. Just trying to get a service advisor on the phone was next to impossible. The experience I had with my recent visit to Paramus Mercedes was not good. Just trying to get a service advisor on the phone was next to impossible. On Monday October 15th i called the service department three times and three times I couldn’t get a live person instead I got a voicemail. One of my issues was with a tire and because I could not get anyone at Paramus Mercedes I had to go elsewhere. A week later I called Paramus Mercedes again for a oil change visit and again I didn’t get a person on the phone. I tried a second time and this someone answered. I was so frustrated at this point I as to speak to the general manager Jason. Someone connected me to his assistant Marie. Marie apologized for the poor service and she scheduled the service appointment and made sure I had a loaner. After I had the loaner in my possession (E300) I proceeded to go to the mall later in the day. While driving the loaner on the highway the car felt like it was braking by itself. I was petrified so I got off at the next exit turned around and went home. The next morning I called the service department again this time the cashier answered the phone. I told him the situation he had me on hold for a minute and then he said bring the car back and we will give you another one. I was beyond angry my weekend was ruined. I just kept the car until they called me to pick mines up. NOT GOOD ! Kathy More

Scott was super concerned about the safety of my car. Scott went above and beyond what I expected from my service manager. He pointed out a safety issue with my baby car seat that I never noticed. If I could of given zero stars on this rating I would of!’n Mercedes Benz of Paramus or Prestige Mercedes how ever you want to call yourselves is the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re extreme Mercedes Benz of Paramus or Prestige Mercedes how ever you want to call yourselves is the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re extremely rude and incompetent. They make fraudulent charges on customers credit cards. They don’t communicate well with there customers or inform them on the status of they’re car while being serviced. They are extremely unprofessional and when you request for a member of management to speak with you or call you back it never happens. Don’t bother leaving written messages with any of the receptionists or let alone any voicemails because apparently they don’t bother to read these messages or listen to these voicemails. They will never get my money ever again that’s for sure!!! More
