I have purchased 5000 $ extended warranty unlimited mile for 2 years . I had axle and cat problem , I went there 2 times but they said after 80 thousand mile they don’t replace cat and axle was my fault . for 2 years . I asked them one part they said after i pay 190 dollars they can tell me on warranty or not . They said they have to check the car first and than they can tell me on warranty or not . I wanted to talk to manager he didn’t even talk to me . After 50 thousand mile you have definitely no extended warranty . They will find an excuse for not the fix the car . Dont even think to buy about the extended warranty. You will waste your money and get stres . It is all about lie and game when they are selling car . I traded my S550 and I bought lincoln continental . And I will never ever buy benz again because of this dealership and servis . More

Every time i do an annual service, i end up in going in again in next two months for some or the other problem. This week, i had a break fluid warning in my ML 350. They say they have to replace the two rear break lines and sent me an estimation for more than 5000/-. Seriously, i did my 80K maintenance when the mileage was hardly 58K last August. Right after that i had to replace all the breaks and pads in september. I work from home and hardly use this vehicle. Now these guys saying, they didnt find anything during the maintenace, there was no need to replace the break fluid after the breaks change. It's my responsibility that break fluid is leaking. I'm fed up. Many time they create new problems on your vehicle every time you visit them. I just hate this. I'm sorry. I'm frustrated. More
O stars. My sister bought a car here in 2008. Shge has all her service done here - even after the warranty - and extended warranty ran out. Over the past 2.5 years, they told her she needed over $7500.0 all her service done here - even after the warranty - and extended warranty ran out. Over the past 2.5 years, they told her she needed over $7500.00 worth of upkeep/ work. She gave them the green light as she always has - trusting their name and reputation. Her car is garage kept and showroom clean. She was driving it recently and it FELL APART. It rusted out and is not driveable. She contacted Mercedes and they said (basically) too bad, so sad - but you did get 12 years out of it! WHAT ABOUT THE $7500.00 they just ook from her over the past 2.5 years? If they knew the car wasn't going to last, why didn't they tell her to use that money towards a new car. To date, they have no response - and are not willing to give her the $7500.00 they took (a loyal customer). NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY! NO HONESTY! NO INTEGRITY. Now, my sister is out of work and does not have a car - $7500.00 would have gone a long way in getting a new car. THANKS FOR NOTHING MERCEDES! More
Horrible service department. 3rd time there and once again an issue. Scheduled an appt for tire which had a bubble but wasn’t informed that the insurance company is closed on weekends. So I get there and they wanted me to pay out of pocket and then file the claim. So why did I get the warranty through you guys? In addition, the service advisor, David Ingersoll, was not friendly and was very rude. the sales “manager” (ha!) pretty much told me to deal with the claim on my own or pay out of pocket. Refused to provide a loaner so I ended up driving home on a tire that is bubbling and can burst. Way to go Mercedes Benz of Paramus! You never let a customer down. Will be avoiding this center moving forward. Joke. More

After several managers couldn't make their minds as to the fact how to accommodate my wish I was finally confronted by the general store manager who treated me like I wasn't welcomed there. And the comment made by one of the employees (apparently not a Trump fan) was less than appropriate. I can understand that Lithia Motors Inc. is not a supporter of our President but we have one President at the time and we should honor this tradition. Period. I took my car to this dealership because it was due for the B service. I had no other problems with my car. When I picked it up, the "Check Engine" light was on. When I left, my gears would not properly sh the B service. I had no other problems with my car. When I picked it up, the "Check Engine" light was on. When I left, my gears would not properly shift and the trunk of my car literally would not rise properly and slammed down on its own. I took it back and the dealership refused any responsibilities for these problems they caused. I have never felt more disappointed and disrespected as I did through my experience at this dealership. They were arrogant and showed no care or concern for the problems they caused. Shame on you Mercedes-Benz of Paramus! More
