Had a bad experience. Had to have two damaged tires replaced and 30,000 mile service. Tires were not inflated anywhere near proper PSI and all were at different PSI with v Had to have two damaged tires replaced and 30,000 mile service. Tires were not inflated anywhere near proper PSI and all were at different PSI with variation up to 6 lbs. off. Two damaged tires were on the right side and they just replaced them with 2 new on the right side. They should have mounted the two new ones on the rear of the car. In car tire pressure sensors were not reset but sneak they didn't bother to set proper pressure it would have been useless unless they reset it to the wrong tire pressures. Aside from that they should as a standard procedure - rotated the tires anyway. The phone system was screwed up so I couldn't contact anyone to check on status of service. Their loaner car policy is the worst I have ever experienced - "never on a Saturday" I was told, and the next available loaners are always three days after you need to bring your cart in. So unless you can plan your repairs three to five days in advance "sorry" no loaner. I responded with more detailed info to the dealers request of feedback and no one in the service dept bothered to contact me to help explain any of this. That struck number 5 I think. Maybe I''ll get a response to this? nah I doubt it I interacted with two people in service and neither are listed below??? I would have loved to rate them. Strike number 6 can't send this review no matter how many times I tried. More

Service department took the time to fix problem with my car. I had meeting with shop Forman and his boss. During the meeting service manager and Forman said they will do their best to fix. If they cannot they will discuss with Mercedes USA engineers. So far it looks like service dept fixed the problem.. My thanks to them. More
