Worse experience I have had with a dealer. The manager never took time to speak to me when the service advisor informed me that the issues I had experienced with my Hood and radiator were not The manager never took time to speak to me when the service advisor informed me that the issues I had experienced with my Hood and radiator were not going to be paid for. I had asked multiple times to speak to the manager and was treated as if I was trying to get a free service. My complaints were legitimate and I had video footage of the hood open indicator flashing immediately after I left the dealership after a rushed service on my breaks, there were also leaks found in the area where the radiator was removed to get to the master cylender. I was first offered a 10% discount on a nearly 4k job,, then told to call my Certified Pre Owed service provider to see if they will pay, although 15 days had passed since my service contract ended. I had previously called the dealer and sent emails about the hood issue immediately after the work previously done on the car and before my service contract ended on 12/31, but Mercedes Corporate did nothing to remediate the clear issues that were caused by the work done on my 12/10 inspection. Later corporate office and the service manager offered only 15% discount each, for a 30% discount. I still ended up paying nearly $2.5k when I am 100% certain it was the fault of the service don in a rush on December 10, 2021. I feel cheated and disrespect. More
I bought a certified pre owned vehicle with low mileage that blew a piston after only 6 months, they fixed the issue but I was without a loaner vehicle for the first 8 days.
