The person who scheduled the service on the phone was why I wouldn’t recommend to someone and have you a three star, which is generous. The service person on site was great, David. The phone person was not at the level of professionalism I’d except from Mercedes. For example, the car wasn’t due to be serviced and I shared that; nevertheless she was very argumentative and frustrated that I wanted a service in between dates. She didn’t want to schedule it - it took me saying I need it done and then she kept questioning me. Then she said what type of service without sharing the types and quite frankly I don’t know the differences but I said whatever we didn’t do last time and to make sure that it is an overall check up. That took push back too. Finally, she didn’t give me the option to stay on-site, which once I got there (again David was great) David said it’s fine but I should have said that in the call (again, I was never given the option). Bottom line- phone customer service needs refinement and training. More
