We first leased a Mercedes for my husband with Darren Maynard almost 10 years ago. When the time came for me to get a new truck, I automatically reached out to Darren. I narrowed down my choices between the GL450 and the Lexus LX truck. I liked both equally and was having a difficult time making a decision. In the end, one of main reasons I decided to go with Mercedes was Darren. He is wonderful to work with and never pressures in any way. He has always treated me and my husband as if we're friends and not just clients. He is responsive and thoroughly detailed. I inherently know the process will go smoothly if Darren is involved. He spent time with us going over all aspects of the car and in the end, after looking at the entire picture we wound up leasing a GL550. I would never hesitate to recommend Darren to one of my family members or friends. In fact Darren has many people I know as clients already. He is an asset to have on your sales team and a rarity in the car dealership world. You should consider yourselves lucky to have him as a Mercedes Benz employee. Regards Stephanie DelMonte More
I was a "walk in" customer looking for a 2010 C300. I did not have a referral and Chris Amigron assisted me. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. His fo C300. They are not trust worthy and more so on used CPO vehicles, you buy a vehilce and dont be surprised if you are back at their workshop soon to fix issues. When asked to fix they will then have you sig vehicles, you buy a vehilce and dont be surprised if you are back at their workshop soon to fix issues. Echo earlier review of James by another reviewer. Pushy and arrogant -- makes you feel like he's doing you a favor. Ended up transcting with Benzel Busch -- much more pleasant experience. The sales experience is a short lived one but you can usually tell from the first 10 seconds of the initial encounter if the person is someone you want to deal with... James Fede is not. More
