I truly can't say enough positive things about Phil Campbell. This is my third Mercedes SLK and, having gotten my last two SLKs through other dealerships/salespeople who were less than stellar, I can' Campbell. Phil added value to the transaction by helping me make good decisions about what options, etc would best suit me. I took a long time to make my mind and ended up wanted something so specific I ended up with a special order - but Phil was extremely patient with my process and helped me and added value every step of the way. There was no pressure or hard sell. Phil's service was fantastic throughout. He worked very, very hard to make everything as easy as possible for me and bent over backwards to meet my needs and help me every step of the way. In addition to being an outstanding salesperson with superior knowledge, Phil is a kind and caring person who genuinely cares about seeing his clients happy. How many car salespeople do you know that you would say that about? I would have said none, until I met Phil. I would recommend Phil Campbell whole-heartedly - in fact, I already have: I've sent several of my friends to him. Prestige is very lucky to have him. He is one of a kind! And I LOVE my new SLK! We recently visited Prestige and of course I entered with my guard up as I would do in all other dealerships I visited. Upon entering, approx. 1 hour before closing, we were greeted with a warm welcome by 2 lovely ladies, Samantha (and I forgot the other lady's name). I told her I was inquiring about the C300 and she immediately connected us with Jonathan Gutierrez. Upon introducing ourselves we completely felt welcome and the guard had gone down (a little). He took his time to explain many options as well as take us for a test drive in several cars, by this time the dealership was closed but Jonathan assured us it was not a problem and we could take our time in deciding on a car. He again, worked with us to give the best possible deal as well as a car that fit our needs to a T! By the next day, we drove out with a Brand New C300 which again, exceeded our every expectation and made this the BEST Car buying experience Ever!! We cannot Thank Jonathan as well as Samantha enough for the professionalism and courtesy that they gave us! I cannot recommend them enough and I wish anybody reading this will take our advice and visit this magnificently run business and the wonderful staff they have!!
