Scam artists, the whole lot. Stay away from this place for your own good. Took my 2004 E500 for a c-service - which is an A + B service. Walked out of there $1900 poorer with serveral fault codes still no for your own good. Took my 2004 E500 for a c-service - which is an A + B service. Walked out of there $1900 poorer with serveral fault codes still not fixed. The B service they eventually did you can get at MBenz Morristown or Greenwich for $460. They claim they look at the fault codes on your instrument cluster to decide what to do. Thats just a scam. Most or all of the work they quoted me individually - you can get at any decent MB dealership for a flat rate. They try to get at you by quoting individual charges for your oil service, brake inspection/fluid, dust/air filter and even a general check of other items e.g. axle, throttle they bill you separately for. By the time they tote it up you're well over $1,000 not including recommended work. They completely cleaned me out. Went to morristown a week later with Wife's GL and walked out a happier man after paying $470 for my B service. do not make the same mistake I made. They are scammers. Unlike every other MB dealer in the area, they will not quote a flat-rate for service. They get you in and then scam you by itemizing each check and billing your separately. On top of the $1900 I paid them, the service advisor had the nerve to charge me $25 for a coolant cap (which had been corroded)...perhaps it should have been completementary. But no, they want every penny of your hard -earned dollars. I called them and asked why they're the only dealer in the area operating like this....crickets....no answer. Just fudging...and telling me how every other benz dealer in NJ must be wrong and they're right. More

Well I expected to be intimidated but upon entering the dealership I immediately felt welcome. The showroom was impeccably clean and bright and I was greated promptly. I was introduced to Onofrio and least be said I couldn't remember his name lol. He was very friendly and listened to me before he spoke, I think that is a great quality in a sales person. I wasn't ready to buy on my first visit just look at what might make sence for me to drive. Onofrio gave me the information I was seeking and we exchanged our contact numbers , although I know he wanted the sale that night he understood my situation and didn't add undue pressure that definatly would have chased me away! He contacted me periodically sand when I was ready we made a time for me to come in and do the deal. I love my new Mercedes , and the man who sold it to me being professional and informed. I look forward to recommending Prestige and Onofrion to my friends and family. Thanks Prestige!!! More

I received a call from Andrew. Under a promotion that Mercedes was running, I would qualify for a new lease within three months. Within the same day, Andrew secured an early turn-in, that put me in a new car, with better specifications than I requested, with the minimum downpayment, at a lease that was the same I was paying. 24 hours later, I collected the car - the car was prepped, sitting in front of the dealership. The paperwork was ready and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Andrew is a consummate professional, who always wants to do right for his customers. This is my third lease from Mercedes and my second through Andrew. I trusted Andrew's judgement from the beginning and a friendship ensued. Anytime I would call, trhere was always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, ready to answer any question or offer help in any way. When I needed a service issue, Andrew coordinated it with the service personnel, to ensure the minimum wait time and ultimate satisfaction.
