I was introduced to my Sales rep Onofrio several months ago by phone. Although I knew I would be leasing a new car, I could not find the time to get to the dealership. I explained to Onofrio what I wanted, and what my expectations were with the new vehicle. He listened to my concerns, and when I finally went in (couple months later) he was prepared with everything we discussed. He was polite, professional, has a sense of humor,an ease about him which makes the car purchase experience less painful. My experience with Prestige has been nothing less than exceptional. I am a recurring customer, and each time I return, I have a pleasant experience. I have had the same sales consultant, Falgun Mody, and continue to stay with him because he knows my needs and personal preferences that I look for in a vehicle. He makes car shopping less time consuming and completely an enjoyable/fun experience. He takes his time showing me all of the options available in each vehicle and has complete patience when I am trying to decide on several options. On the day of delivery, all of the paperwork was ready, and he took much time in explaining all of the items. He was extremely efficient and prepared, even though it was late in the evening. He made the process easy as well as exciting, especially when a customer is picking up a vehicle of this caliber. As a repeat customer, I was already aware of the services provided by the dealership and their location, but he still showed me the service area, lounge area, and financial area. The business manager, William Berardino, was also extremely polite and efficient. He walked me through each step of the paperwork, made me aware of options I have, and completed the process very smoothly. Both employees at Prestige were friendly, personable, and professional. Before developing a relationship with Prestige, I have been to other Mercedes dealerships. They did not even come close to the personal care, attention to detail, and time that I have received at Prestige, both at the sales center and at the service department. After buying a car from Falgun, I saw the difference and have stayed with Prestige and my sales consultant for all of the Mercedes I have driven. I will continue to deal with my sales consultant due to his complete professionalism, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond for his customer. From my experience in choosing and buying cars from him, Falgun Mody is an asset to the Prestige dealership and a positive representation of what a high-end dealership should be. More
I have been in the market for a car for the last 6 months or so. Originally, I was working with an MB dealership closer to my house. Unfortunately, that didn't work out. After having a nightmarish experience at Pepe Mercedes in New Rochelle, NJ including writing up a deal then telling my wife and I the car had already been sold and changing the numbers we headed over to Pres New Rochelle, NJ including writing up a deal then telling my wife and I the car had already been sold and changing the numbers we headed over to Prestige in Paramus, NJ. We paired up with Terry Bennett and it was a completely professional and pleasant experience. We were returning a leased Benz early and there were many moving parts to the deal. Terry found a car we wanted worked in all the extras we needed i.e. the wheel & tire pkg and a service pkg. He then introduced us to Rhonda the lease return mgr. She was wonderful and made our lease return quick and easy. Terry processed the application and got our insurance set up in record time. We test drove the car and loved it (2012 C 300 Sport Sedan). We loved it and wanted to take it home. Terry introduced us to Al the finance mgr and 15 minutes Terry was giving us a detailed and helpful run through the car. He even hooked up the cell phone to bluetooth with all our contacts downloaded and our home address programmed into the Navigation System. All told we were in with our old car and driving out in our brand new car in less than 2 hours and it was a wonderful experience. Terry could not have made it any easier. We have learned our lesson. Next time its straight to Prestige and Terry. More

His professionalism, product expertise and zero pressure approach not only made my car buying experience a great one (E 350) but I have since then referred him to many of my friends and colleagues who have echoed his praise as well! Phil's attention to my specific needs, patient demeanor and willingness to fight for my price was an intangible added value that one should hope to receive in such a luxury brand. He goes above and beyond the call of duty for the customer and I can't thank him enough for it. Prestige should be thrilled to have someone like Phil on their team. Thank you Phil! More
