From the moment we walked into Prestige we were treated extremely well, from the receptionist to the sales staff. The showroom was well laid out and easy to view the cars. I walked into this dealership while 8 months pregnant and looking to purchase a new car for my growing family - my car was way too small. Not one salesperson approached me at all. Here I am thinking that sales people had to actually sell cars to make money. There were at least two sales people free just standing around and chatting. I proceeded to look at the cars myself and had to actually walk up to a salesperson after 8 minutes, ask for his help and all he did was look at me and point towards the car I was looking for. That was it. A point is all I got and a condescending stare as if, because of how I looked or dressed, I was probably just browsing and couldn't afford a Mercedes. How pretentious. Needless to stay, going without help for 20 minutes, I walked out and went and bought a brand new car with cash the same day up the road - Not from Mercedes. Remember employees, you are just that...employees. You are not Mercedes and you certainly don't have the money of the people who run or own the company. Don't judge people by their looks or how they decide to dress that day. I know many millionaires who go out completely dressed down on their days off also. Learn some manners. More

We can always count on Robert to sit and take the time to explain whatever it is we need to know about the various options that are available; one time he even came in on his day off to deliver a car that my wife had chosen and had to have it now. Also Al Reci, the business manager, is also excellent at what he does, i.e. explaining the financing through the Daimler Trust and the necessity for having prepaid maintenance and tire and wheel insurance.
