This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I purchased a used 2020 Tesla Model Y from here. When arriving for the test drive the vehicle was not charged, although it was specific ever been to. I purchased a used 2020 Tesla Model Y from here. The finance price went up when we arrived to sign the paperwork because the Sales Advisor has given us wrong info. After multiple argument the dealer ended up splitting the cost. Upon delivery of the vehicle the hood has deep scratches in it, which was pointed out and the dealer promised to take care of it and provide a loaner during the repair process. The dealer failed to do so and ended up arguing that they can't issue a loaner for a non Mercedes vehicle and asked me to take care of it myself and they would reimburse. This vehicle was purchased on January 26th as of May 5th the vehicle still has not been registered. The Sales Manager Dennis Adams just allows himself to walk away in the middle of the conversation saying he is not going to argue. He allows himself to not respond to phone calls or emails and just completely ignores the client. This dealer is absolutely the worst experience I have ever made. They are dishonest and absolutely rude. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from them. More
