A month after servicing my GLC 300, it would not run. I talked to Brandon Williams who said he was too busy to help me. I ordered and customized my car months ago from this dealership, and they are trying to cancel the order on me because someone offered to pay them more for the car. They are a bunch of thieves and they dealership, and they are trying to cancel the order on me because someone offered to pay them more for the car. They are a bunch of thieves and they broke an agreement that we had. I have the order sheet and a form stating how much they’re selling me the car for, and they are threatening me to sell the car elsewhere if I don’t pay their $15,000 markup. Basically extortion. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau, Mercedes-Benz customer care, and my attorney. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED. More
