Mike in service is always just inconvenienced and bothered. Maybe he should be doing something that requires very little customer interaction. I have pretty much driven anything that Mercedes rolls over the years, and generally try not to use this service department. It just happens to be convenient. If you can pull it off, go to Laguna Niguel or Beverly Hills. They always treat you well. Perhaps Mike's attitude is reflective of the fact that I bring in my little 1998 SLK in. 40k miles. Not a high end car, but a classic nonetheless. I just bought a new Jag up the street in Rancho Mirage, in part, because of PS Mercedes service department. And. Previously, 4 BMWs up the street at BMW, PS. Same reason. AND, generally Iam a die hard MB guy. Mike, should never judge a book by it's cover. I would give the service department in PS a "1" except for Bob Sellers, who I switched to. He is a great service advisor and seems to treat everyone well. Heck, unlike Mike, he even steps out from behind his desk! But, adding to my review this evening, I noted and it stated so on the invoice, that I had a tail light out. The invoice stated that they checked the light. Guess what, just started tgmhe car, turned the lights on and NO TAIL LIGHT. Unreal. Last time I was in for Schedule C service, I noted an issue that was never addressed. This time, had an appointment for Schedule A service. Over two hours and they didn't fix the tail light. So. Never going back. And, btw, called to speak with the Service Manager and left a message. Not even a return call. Never using this dealer again. I cannot understand all of the 5 star reviews. I have had similar issues with my last MB at this place. More

Changing brands was a big decision for me from BMW to MBZ. Cody Vierra was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and provided such personal service. The challenges during COVID to get my GLC 350e were enormous and he kept me informed each step of the way making this a seamless Lease. Not only was it delivered to me in LA but he was able to sync my gate and garage door - quite an undertaking. He keeps answering my questions and is always available.
