Beware of the service people. The sales team helped me buy a car that was on their lot, which I found on car Guru's. Aside from that, the experience after has just been horrible. Beware because after having my car serviced there my car has not been able to reach 0 to 60 under 5 seconds and before then it was always consistently doing it. More

I came around 7 pm today (march 14th), I was checking the gle coupe as I came to the sales rep to ask for a key to see the car from inside, he came back and told me that some other sales rep is holding the key with other customers so key is not available. As I looked inside I saw there was no customers inside at all, when I said it to the sales rep he then told me that they lost the key. Anyway when asked the manager he said that one of the salesman took the key home. I highly recommend you to buy your car from other dealerships and myself will never come back to this dealership. I also check out most of their reviews and found out that most of them isn't real people that bought there. More

Do not shop at this dealership 3 weeks ago we purchased a Brand NEW Mercedes Bens Sprinter from Mercedes- Bens of Oxnard. Unfortunately, they did not have the color or options we w 3 weeks ago we purchased a Brand NEW Mercedes Bens Sprinter from Mercedes- Bens of Oxnard. Unfortunately, they did not have the color or options we wanted so they told us they would find one with my specification through the Auto Nation dealers, s. Mistake # 1. I trusted Mercedes-Bens of Oxnard and therefor purchased the Van without even looking at it, even paid $400.00 to have it delivered. Mistake # 2. The MANAGER NICOLAS ESPINOZA gave my husband a walk around to inspect the vehicle, My husband immediately noticed the paint had several scratches alone the passenger side and rear view mirror, surprised that no one at Mercedes-Bens of Oxnard had seen them, specially the vehicle had been detailed the day before. Mistake # 3. we did not want to bring the vehicle home with us but the MANAGER told us that he would address those scratches to our satisfaction and would arrange a pick up of the van from my home and get the issue address. We have not driven the Van since we brought it from the dealer, its been parked in the driveway. The next day they returned the vehicle saying they had fixed the issue but guess what? the scratches were still visible and they could not even do the courtesy of cleaning the vehicle before bringing it back. We contacted Mercedes- Bens of Oxnard the same day and we asked them if someone had inspected the vehicle before returning it back to us and they assure it had been inspected and the issue had been resolved. we explained to them the scratches were still visible to me so they apologize and offered to have the vehicle picked up from my home again to have it fix for the second time. We felt we had the need to take the vehicle to them ourselves instead of waiting for them to send someone and end up w/ same issue but also wanted to point out the scratches in person and while at the dealer My husband spoke to Nicolas again and pointed the scratches, he apologized and said that this time they would take care of them and they would even look through the entire vehicle for any other scratches it might have, even on the top of the roof. They would do a full detail on it, but to my disappointment again.. the day it was delivered to my home, We inspected the vehicle and noticed the scratches had been improved but NOT completely removed. I also highly doubt they did any inspection on the vehicle since it came back with the roof top dirty, I understand these vans are big but if the Manager promises something I would expect it to be done but not only that the van now has some kind of rubbing marks that are visible under regular sun light so I called Oxnard again for the same reason and requested to talk to the Manager Nicolas but he seems to always be avoiding our calls so I had to talk to a sales person who said he would leave a message for ANDY KOBEISSI who is Nicolas Espinoza's manager to call us back. On June 4th my husband talked to Andy, he told him the issue and he came up with an offer of $200.00 to have a 3rd party fix the issue but in exchange wanted us to give them a high review. My husband told Andy, he was willing to work with them but he expressed his concern about damaging the paint coat even further on this NEW vehicle. He even asked Andy if there was anything else we could do like to exchange the vehicle or return it. That's when he said he could not make those decisions but he advised us not to try to return the vehicle since the law would be in their favor not ours but would have the GENERAL MANAGER GORDON GIACOMAZZI call me back . That was a week ago and we are still waiting for the General Managers call so bottom line is these people only care about making the sale not about doing what's right. When you call to complaint about an issue they avoid you or brush you off but they sure cashed my down payment check a few hours after we left the dealership. I advise anyone that reads this not to purchase any vehicles before actually looking at them. Don't trust anyone specially when all they care is their pockets and not what's best for the customer and lastly, Do NOT take the vehicle home if you have any issues with it, otherwise it will be your issue and no longer the dealers so you'll be screwed just like we have! More

Best car buying experience ever. Worked with Monie Jensen and I was out of there within 2 hours including all financing. Awesome experience. I never had this quick process. I have always been leery of going into a dealership by myself, and it was a little intimidating going into a Mercedes-Benz dealership! My goodness! I never thought it was possible for me to walk out with a car made by a Mercedes-Benz! You answered every question with your sincerest, compassionate and very most honest opinion. I really felt comfortable and while I waited, Gene came in to check up on me to see how I was doing. Which was extremely genuine! You and Gene made the whole process not stressful at all! Ty the Finance Director was extremely efficient and very friendly and explained everything so I completely understood all of the meanings and financial details before I left with the car. You guided me every step of the way to make sure I had a positive buying experience! I am in the customer service field and know how valuable and important the one on one customer experience is! This was the best dealership I have ever come across. My fiance and I bought a 2012 C class from them. We went to a couple Mercedes dealerships here in San Jose. Stevens Creek, Monterey and San Francisco. N fiance and I bought a 2012 C class from them. We went to a couple Mercedes dealerships here in San Jose. Stevens Creek, Monterey and San Francisco. None of them were as helpful and pleasant as Oxnard. We contacted Monie Jensen via their internet sales, told him what we wanted. He was simply the best, helped us understand what the car came with, how much it will cost us, what we'll need to hold it and even offered to stay a bit later just to make sure he was the one that dealt with us. We drove all the way down from San Jose, CA to purchase from them with my fiance and her family. He wrapped the car in a bow, described in detail what the car had and then we went to the finance department....we cringed at first because we thought oh no, no more Monie. But then it got even better, we met Ty! One of the friendliest and most honest persons you'll ever meet. It wasn't a haggle on price, he made us feel welcome and even got us a better deal than we could have anticipated! He went over all the documents in detail, explained the service plans and what they entail without making you feel like an ant. My mother and my father both bought CLs from Stevens Creek and Monterey. Both were terrible experiences, their service departments and sales departments were rude, cars had issues and they made no attempt to fix them. But not Mercedes Benz of Oxnard, they got it right! After we drove back with our car, Monie contacted us to see how the drive was and if everything was good. We've even called Ty to let him know I'll be buying my car from them now too and I'm a BMW owner. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that buys a Mercedes goes to this dealership regardless of the drive. I know we will only buy our cars from them from now on. Thank you Ty and Monie for changing our opinion on car dealerships. If only they were an Audi, BMW, Mercedes dealership all in one. ;). If you're at all worried or having second doubts, just call and ask for Ty! More
