This dealership did a great job on service, but the labor rate is way out of line and forces me to not recommend them. It’s too bad greed is more important to them than their customers. No loaners while car being serviced. Spent almost $100k on a vehicle there less than two years ago (cash), and part of that purchase was a “guarantee” that loaners would be available. Was even told by my salesman that someone could come pick my car up and leave me a loaner if I couldn’t make it to the dealership. Now they are telling me no loaners. At a supposed “luxury” brand dealership. Pathetic. More

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I was greeted quickly, and immediately approached by an employee. Within 1 minute Francisco was with me taking care of everything. I had dealership. I was greeted quickly, and immediately approached by an employee. Within 1 minute Francisco was with me taking care of everything. I had just driven across the country & was very tired. He assured me my car would be taken care of. I received better customer service & car service than from Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, CA. The service office was clean, neat, and everyone working there were very respectful to each other, reflecting great teamwork. I’m going to be having my car maintenance completed at Orlando Mercedes from now on. More
