My rep was timely and came out to greet me. I discussed 2 concerns, he looked at the car and noted it on my repair slip. I was given a ride home. Tires, brakes, undercarriage, no leaks, etc. I was picked up and my car was ready and washed and vacuumed so she looked great when I picked her up. We've had a truly awful experience every time we've come to this dealership for service. Our service rep is always condescending and if you are a woman, he *will* talk down to you as if you know nothing abo to this dealership for service. Our service rep is always condescending and if you are a woman, he *will* talk down to you as if you know nothing about your car. We have asked to switch to a new rep but the dealership has insisted we stick with the one we have as he "knows the car." He does not know the car. He looks up our history on his ipad right in front of us every time we come in--anyone could do that. I brought my car in for service (with an appointment) on a Tuesday morning and it wasn't even looked at until late afternoon--and that was only after I called to check in, and had to essentially beg to have it looked at. In fact, our car was with the dealer for 3 days, and never received an update without calling myself. We were without a car for 3 days (for a service that could have been completed same-day) and I was never offered a loaner or even a ride home, despite the fact that I had my infant with me at drop-off and made it clear that we did not have another car and would be stranded at home while repairs were completed. I should have known we were in for another bad experience when I had to wait for a half hour in the waiting room, newborn in tow, just to drop the car off, when I arrived on time, at my appointment time. We love our AMG and have been loyal to this dealership as it's where we purchased our car, but we've put up with sub-par treatment for far too long. Will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out. More
