You don't typically experience or come across a loyal and trusting relationship with your car dealership, let alone service at the dealership, but my having that relationship with this dealership not only gives me "comfort" (another word not typically associated here), but it's turned out to be extremely valuable. My latest experience at this dealership and with Mike was a last-second emergency where my car gave me fear for the first time ever and I was on I-4... scary to say the least, however, my car was scheduled for service the same day I called and was fixed and ready for pickup the following morning. The belt, tensioners, and pulleys broke on my 2011 C300, and I had my vehicle towed to the service department. I called and was connected with Ray Cornell who went above and beyond to give me a fair price and I had my vehicle towed to the service department.
