We arrived at 7:15 on a Saturday morning and the service manager Richard greeted us (with a smile) as we got out of the car. And finally Evan Goodrow always is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with to help advise us what we need and don't need. I can keep raving about Mercedes Benz Maitland but I don't have enough time. I really feel that I can just flip them the keys and say fix it. More

The first time when i came there, i have an incorrect tire pressure and I told them that i want to check and correct it for me and after that they can’t do anything for me and when i left there and I noticed that they were stolen and missing 4 tire air caps. This is the second time i came there and i want to do some recall services and they told me that they don’t have car loan for me and they want me to do extra services cost more than 1,300 + oil change will be almost 400 without reset system (OMG ripe off people) i told them that i have the warranty services which I bought the extra packages to cover for all the services with all the Mercedes Benz company. They told me that i don’t have that package in the system, so i told them that i will bring the warranty paper and i want to resechedule for next time. After i left 2 minutes and all of these below are appering in my screen system, so i came back and ask them what is going on with my car and I requested them that i want to meet and talk to the manage and The service guy was lying that his manager was Michael Hertz, and he told me that I have to do the services and nothing they can’t do. They were not care about customer. I dont want they treat and cheat with customer like that. Thank you. More
We had an unexpected problem with our 1999 SLK230. Being new to the area we were not familiar with dealerships in the area. We were able to drop the car at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando after learning th Being new to the area we were not familiar with dealerships in the area. We were able to drop the car at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando after learning that one of their Service Technicians was qualified to work on older models. The problems were complicated by the age of the car, i.e., difficult to locate parts, but this was accomplished and this was much appreciated. While at the dealership another major problem was identified and repaired, which likely avoids trouble in the future at an inconvenient time and place. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received and when we need service on our 2017 GLE350 we will take it to this dealership. More

My service advisor Ray was terrific, but I want you to know how incredibly horrific my experience was with Mercedes' third-party service when I got a flat tire and had to wait THREE HOURS for a tow truck know how incredibly horrific my experience was with Mercedes' third-party service when I got a flat tire and had to wait THREE HOURS for a tow truck (to the dealer a half mile up the street). What was infuriating was that I cycled through five tow companies -- each one would accept the tow, wait 20-30 minutes, cancel the tow, and then I was put back in the queue where this cycle was repeated. NOT a Mercedes-quality experience. So bad in fact, that I will continue to tell every Mercedes owner I know NOT to use it and every non-Mercedes owner I know to think twice before buying a Mercedes. PLEASE FIX THIS!! More
