I always feel guilty purchasing elsewhere, and use Frank as the benchmark against which all other salespeople are measured. What I like about Frank is lack of high pressure sales tactics, and he is used to dealing with professionals and business people and their needs, schedules and resistance to typical car dealer tactics. I always have confidence that Frank is looking out for my interests as much as he is looking out for his and the dealer's.
