Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park had a great selection in a comfortable and relaxing enviroment. I was quickly greeted by my salesman, Dariusz Krogulski who was knowledgable and professional. We negotiated a f comfortable and relaxing enviroment. I was quickly greeted by my salesman, Dariusz Krogulski who was knowledgable and professional. We negotiated a fair trade in value and a surprisingly good price on the new E350. The process was quick and seamless. I knew what I wanted, what I wanted to pay for it and it was delivered ! I was introduced to the finance manager, Mr.Ray who was equally personable and professional. He clearly explained the finance options and quickly processed the sales transaction. This is my fourth MBZ and I can say that this last experience was just as good if not better than my prior. Keep up the good work! More
They never call the customer with an update on the service. Keep your car for 2 to 3 weeks and has had my car in 5 times for the same thing and they still have not fixed the problem. The worst servi service. Keep your car for 2 to 3 weeks and has had my car in 5 times for the same thing and they still have not fixed the problem. The worst service I have ever had from a car dealership. More
I first contacted the Internet sales department at Mercedes of Orland Park regarding interest in a used vehicle I saw on their website. Darius Krogulski emaied me back within 30 minutes and he provided the information I requested. He also followed up with a phone call shortly thereafter. I then decided to visit the dealership later that day and met with Darius directly. He was very attentive and thoroughly provided answers to any questions I had. In the end, I purchased the vehicle I expressed interest in. After purchase, I had many other questions regarding use of the vehicle and MB accessories I was considering. Darius continued to provide support by looking into each of my requests and quickly got back to me with answers. Recently, I had been back to Mercedes of Orland Park because I noticed a defect in the high break lamp at the base of my back window. Darius kindly scheduled the service appointment and took time to meet with me the morning I brought in the car. Once the vehicle was in service, I worked with Tom and Carmen and was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received from both. The repair was completed within a few days which was pretty quick considering they had to order a part from Germany! Overall, I would definitely recommend Mercedes of Orland Park based on my recent personal experience. More
Re: Poor Treatment at Mercedes Benz in Orland Park, Illinois: My wife and I test drove a 2011 GLK. After a second test drive, we asked the salesman for a "best price" and after given it, of course, tried to negotiate a better deal (as we all do). The manager refused my offer. No problem, I fully understand how the process works. My wife and I then agreed to the "best price" we were given and we said we were willing to write the check for that amount on the spot. What I didn't expect was the sales manager to then return, tell me he couldn't sell me a car at that price and state that he couldn't sell it to me for less than $550 higher than what was presented by the salesman as the "best price". What made things even worse was the sales manager's take it or leave it sarcastic attitude ("money talks" if you want it, and "I have lots of others interested" blah,). (Even he realized his sarcastic tone and made a weak attempt at an apology). If I wasn't so disgusted with the multiple misrepresentations and the bad attitude, the $550 wouldn't be a problem. Its the principle. At a Mercedes dealer I expect to be treated respectfully and honestly. This was certainly not the case at this dealership. When given a "best price" and I agree to it, I don't expect to have the manager come back with a higher price and an attitude. The next day I called the dealers general sales manager who was very apologetic, but stood by his staff despite: 1) their misrepresentation of the price I was led to understand I could buy the car for(I know what I was told), 2) they misrepresented the fact that that this was a loaner car (salesman denied this when we asked him directly, but we figured that it was, given the miles) and 3) that the Monroney sticker was not on the window of this "new" car (Is that legal? I thought it could only be removed by the person who purchased the "new" car). Overall, while he initially seemed sympathetic, the general manager did not make a very good attempt at "service recovery". His attempt wouldn't go over well in my industry. After I first went to this dealership, I told several friends how pleased I was with the GLK and dealership. I will be certain to contact and tell all of them and all others that will listen how poorly my wife and I were ultimately treated. I'm not sure I can ever trust MB and certainly I'll never consider this dealer again. More
