His no non-sense approach was appreciated. After emailing Brad back and forth on specific GLC 300 models available, I then called him to confirm pricing and he was consistent in approach. When I went to the dealership to determine my trade-in value his price was consistent with 2 other dealers and it was $1000 better than I was offered through Carmax. He had me work with Salesman Greg Comer who took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. When I came to pick up vehicle, the finance Manager, Wilson, provided another upfront no non-sense pricing on key warranty features I was seeking and he worked through my bank to offer the best financing rates. I live in Naperville and the Naperville Benz dealership could not come close to the deal and experience I received at Orland Park MB--quality dealership!! The best car buying I've ever experienced and I've bought a lot of card over the years. More

Horrible and Incredibly Unprofessional I had a horrible experience at this dealership. Literally they are the worst. My lease for my GLK was coming to an end so I went there to look at the I had a horrible experience at this dealership. Literally they are the worst. My lease for my GLK was coming to an end so I went there to look at the new cars. They sold me on all the benefits of the GLA. All lies! ALL LIES! The car drives like a Tonka Toy. It's a complete piece of crap. I went back today (less than 36 hours after leasing the GLA) and they refused to let me out of the deal. In fact, after 3 hours Nick (the sales manager) approached me and said he had an amazing compromise that he knew would make me happy! Are you all ready for this? He offered to sale me back my GLK for an additional 1,000 down and I would only have to pay an extra $120 a month. I can't even make this stuff up! It was an awful, horrible experience. You would think a brand like #Mercedes wouldn't even make a car like that...here's to counting down the next 36 months of this lease. I will make it a point to deter any customers from experiencing the awfulness of these people. A note to the staff, you should sell products customers want to live without not force deals on them to get rid of lousy inventory. More
