Horrible and Incredibly Unprofessional I had a horrible experience at this dealership. Literally they are the worst. My lease for my GLK was coming to an end so I went there to look at the I had a horrible experience at this dealership. Literally they are the worst. My lease for my GLK was coming to an end so I went there to look at the new cars. They sold me on all the benefits of the GLA. All lies! ALL LIES! The car drives like a Tonka Toy. It's a complete piece of crap. I went back today (less than 36 hours after leasing the GLA) and they refused to let me out of the deal. In fact, after 3 hours Nick (the sales manager) approached me and said he had an amazing compromise that he knew would make me happy! Are you all ready for this? He offered to sale me back my GLK for an additional 1,000 down and I would only have to pay an extra $120 a month. I can't even make this stuff up! It was an awful, horrible experience. You would think a brand like #Mercedes wouldn't even make a car like that...here's to counting down the next 36 months of this lease. I will make it a point to deter any customers from experiencing the awfulness of these people. A note to the staff, you should sell products customers want to live without not force deals on them to get rid of lousy inventory. More

Nick made the process very easy, and set everything up on my car prior to me leaving including my bluetooth connection. He also offered me a another date of my choice for a personal tutorial to go over my vechicle if i had any additional questions. I was extremely impressed that I have met a salesperson I can always refer, and do business with in the future! More

owner Dave Nocera I can not believe what a down to earth and people friendly person this guy is!! Mind you he is the owner and you would never know it. Terrible I purchased a "Certified" ML 350 from Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. We were so excited when we purchased the car and felt we made the right decision I purchased a "Certified" ML 350 from Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. We were so excited when we purchased the car and felt we made the right decision because it was a "Certified" vehicle. That feeling did not last long. We had to take the vehicle in for service 5 times in less than a year of ownership. The average amount of time the vehicle was being serviced was 6 days and 40% of the time, the vehicle was making the same noise we brought it in for!!! After months and months of taking this "Certified" vehicle in, we had had enough and were concerned with the long term reliability of this "Certified" vehicle. Our warranty was due to expire in a few months, and since MB of OP wouldn't take the car back, we decided we needed, and I stress NEEDED to purchase an extended warranty. When I discussed the ongoing issues about the vehicle with Sales Manager Wilson Rogers, the goal was to work something out to offset the issues we had experienced. Since they wouldn't take the piece of junk back, my hope was to work out some sort of deal to offset the full cost of the extended warranty. MB of OP reached out to MB USA and said, sorry, we won't help you out. But what we will do, is compensate you one payment for the time the vehicle was in the shop. I was not happy about their solution, but what can I do - it is what it is. Here's where it gets even worse. Since I was not happy withe resolution, MB USA decided to do nothing. You read that right, MB USA decided to do NOTHING! When I discussed this with MB OP, they too said they would do nothing. MB of OP kept pushing this back to MB USA but they fail to realize THEY were the ones who "Certified" the vehicle, THEY were the ones we purchased the vehicle from, THEY were the ones or serviced the vehicle, but since we were unhappy with constantly taking the car in and the offer of compensation - remember, I never rejected the offer, it was not what I was looking for - both MB USA and MB of OP decided to do nothing. NOTHING!!!!!! "The Best or Nothing..." I guess it is the nothing option... MB USA and MB of OP SUCK!!!!! BIG TIME!!! More
