(sales rep) is absolutely amazing. Her customer service, communication, ethics, and attention to detail caught us off guard as we are so used to dealing with the stereo-typical, shady sales reps at Naperville (mostly) and Westmont (to some degree). She went over and beyond to help us find the right car and was honesty and straightforward in pricing and financing (unlike Naperville and Westmont). Additionally the GM at Orland Park also was extremely ethical and honest which clearly sets a good tone at the dealership. This will be our dealership of choice for future purchases More

I stopped in with the outside hope that one may have been taken in on trade. I was also hoping to maybe speak with somebody in sales to see if they had any network with another dealership who may have one available. Jessie took the time to talk with me about trying to find one and took my information down and related that he would keep his eye out for me. Although he just only spent about 30 minutes with me, he may have potentially passed up customers allowing him profit along with the dealership. And what makes this review so important is even though I didn't end up making a purchase at that time, it was how personal and professional Jesse wanted to be in order to help me try to become part of the Mercedes-Benz family for the first time. So I'm hoping he is recognized by management and ownership on what a professional he was. I would recommend anybody who is in the market for a Mercedes to go see Jesse and it's his attitude and personality that to me will bring repeat business to the dealership. More

I"m sure other sales folks are just a good, but it's surprising how hard it is to find a sales person that makes you comfortable that 1) everything they are saying is true, and 2) they understand what's driving your decision and guide you based on your needs and not their inventory.
