Because I was Mexican I went shopping for a car here .The sales man and the lady where great. Laura was incredible in working with us to locate the vehicle we wanted and unlike other dealers didn't try to stick us with absurd charges like high lease money factors, etc that the same lease details was $230 more in Westmont than Orland Park. (sales rep) is absolutely amazing. Her customer service, communication, ethics, and attention to detail caught us off guard as we are so used to dealing with the stereo-typical, shady sales reps at Naperville (mostly) and Westmont (to some degree). She went over and beyond to help us find the right car and was honesty and straightforward in pricing and financing (unlike Naperville and Westmont). Additionally the GM at Orland Park also was extremely ethical and honest which clearly sets a good tone at the dealership. This will be our dealership of choice for future purchases More
