Everything was handled smoothly, professionally, by friendly, polite people. From scheduling the appointment to turning in the loaner and getting my freshly washed car back, my experience was excellent, especially since this service was at no cost to me. The service department was busy the morning I was there, and I can understand why, because it was a good experience all around. I would recommend this service department, and would return there if i needed some very specific work done on my out-of-warranty vehicle. More
