Peter Bozich was our sales rep and was HORRIBLE! Not a single time did he follow up with me after I placed the order for my vehicle. I was constantly chasing him for information and his responses were always delayed. Nothing prompt about this sales rep. He didn’t even have a contact number on his email signature. My vehicle was delayed months during production with no notice or updates from Peter. Even the day we came to finally pickup the car, Peter was always talking to another employee or distracted. Worst car buying experience but because it was a brand new build I was forced to finish the purchase with Peter. I will never use or recommend Peter or Orland Park. More
Service was completed as promised. Tires originally requested were not available but a suitable substitute was provided. I wish the car had come with a spare. The Sprinter service dept in Orland Park did a fabulous job in helping me. I had a problem with my motorhome and stopped with no appt.. They were able to take my unit the following morning and solve my pro job in helping me. I had a problem with my motorhome and stopped with no appt.. They were able to take my unit the following morning and solve my problem in 2 hours. Since I was traveling, they were very responsive in getting me back on the road. The afternoon before I talked with Matthew Virus who assured me of help the next morning and on the following morning Tim Loeding was extremely helpful. Great Service! More
Overall experience was poor.. I had a routine A maintenance. I needed a oil change. Also a diagnostic check. I knew it was a problem when they had no loaners for two weeks. Eric said it would be an hour for the service fine no need it for it really. Dropped the car off Tuesday Ubered home. Wednesday no call so I called they say the service advisor got injured someone else will get back to me. Thursday someone’s calls to say” your car is with a technician”. I call Friday spoke to a Heidi she was rude for no reasons. I just wanted to know If the oil change is done I just need my car. She wouldn’t help She told me my car was with a technician, that’s not what I needed to know and snaked to speak to a manger technician or service advisor. She was being mouthy and told me everyone’s busy, I told her I’ll wait… she kept me on hold long enough to brush my teeth take a shower and Uber to the dealership which was unacceptable. 10mins later no one was in service i heard her call down to reps multiple times while I was there. I wonder would she do this to our white counterparts?? The staff was gossiping because, the following Monday the service manger has the audacity to call and ask about a security concern because they take security seriously??? So you don’t take customers seriously.. servicing cars seriously… your staff seriously but want to call to talk about security concerns…. Mb Orland needs a staff overhaul. They have there priorities mixed up.. I never been treated like this from a dealership. More
