He went above and beyond by advocating on my behalf with the warranty company and ensured my car received top-tier attention and care from the technicians. Not only was this the best service experience I’ve ever had, it was also the least stressful. As a woman car owner, I genuinely felt respected, informed, and completely confident in the process—never once did I feel taken advantage of. Dariusz made all the difference, and I would absolutely work with him again. I’ll be returning to this dealership for future service because of him. That said, my experience with the loaner vehicle was deeply disappointing and far from the level of care I expected—especially from a luxury dealership. The car was engulfed in the smell of cigarette smoke from the moment I picked it up, and it never improved. Driving it for seven days left me frustrated and honestly disgusted; every time I exited the vehicle, I smelled like secondhand smoke. Additionally, no one took the time to explain how to operate the loaner, despite the significant model year difference from my own. A simple walk-through or even a quick orientation would’ve gone a long way. The condition and handling of the loaner vehicle stood in stark contrast to the excellent service I received otherwise and is something I truly hope the dealership improves moving forward. More

Very unhappy with the follow through from the repair shop at this dealership. I have incurred now unnecessary expenses bc they failed to check out and point out an issue to me after bringing it in for the at this dealership.
