I’ve had this one advisor twice once at my very first service visit and more recently. The name is Dominic. He’s very aggressive and not professional. He doesn’t listen to the customer and he’s rushes. H service visit and more recently. The name is Dominic. He’s very aggressive and not professional. The first time I didn’t say anything about his aggressive, nasty attitude and unprofessional approach with the my initial call/visit. Please monitor his calls because he has a very arrogant way that carries himself while representing Orland Park BenZ. I wouldn’t recommend him and I probably wouldn’t come to Orland Park BenZ if it was one closer to me. Joe Kronan attempted to smooth the situation out and was professional and kind the way he handled the situation once he took over for Dominic. More

The service was not what I expected. It was disappointing. I made an appointment that was suppose to be 1 hour and 30 minutes. They took my car late and It was a three hour wait.
