DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership, especially if you plan on having it serviced there. Purchased a brand new Mercedes Cabriolet with a rear window that gets stuck and doesnβt consisten especially if you plan on having it serviced there. Purchased a brand new Mercedes Cabriolet with a rear window that gets stuck and doesnβt consistently role up/down. They have had the car for over a month and have called us twice for follow up with the same song and dance of how they are contacting Mercedes Benz because they canβt figure it out. A WINDOW! On a NEW car! They have taken no accountability and blame βMercedes Benzβ and COVID. Arenβt you Mercedes Benz?! Unbelievable. Be forewarned. More
This service was to fix an issue that was not resolved by a prior visit. The whole service team did an excellent job in troubleshooting the issue and resolving it. The service advisor Phil Gibson made sure I a prior visit. The whole service team did an excellent job in troubleshooting the issue and resolving it. The service advisor Phil Gibson made sure I had a loaner as this issue took many days to troubleshoot and resolve and all the technicians who worked to resolve the issue including George did a great job and they made sure I was satisfied the issue was resolved before returning the car to me. I have not had such service in any other place. More

My service experience was excellent. I needed a standard βService A.β I declined some add-ons (wipers, nitrogen in tires) and used a discount to save $150. Drop off was easy, as was pick-up. As a bonus, my βService A.β I declined some add-ons (wipers, nitrogen in tires) and used a discount to save $150. Drop off was easy, as was pick-up. As a bonus, my car was washed for free. My service agent was friendly as were all the employees I encountered. More
