I want to take a moment to recognize James Grajeda and Eric Anaya from Mercedes-Benz service on an outstanding experience. My car would not shift out of first gear and the check engine light came on, whi Eric Anaya from Mercedes-Benz service on an outstanding experience. My car would not shift out of first gear and the check engine light came on, which now I know is referred to as "Limp home mode." I was able to tow my car to the dealership and Eric and James ensured that my car was received by them, without me having to take time out of my busy work day. They also kept me well informed of their inspection process, the source of the problem, and the action plan for resolution. When my car was ready and I arrived at the service center, I was greeted right away, offered a beverage and treated like a valued Mercedes customer. My car was washed and ready at the promised time when I arrived. I will definitely come here for any future needs. James and Eric exceeded my expectations and provided that world class Mercedes-Benz service the company is known for. More

The reason my Ontario Mercedes Benz visits are consistently awesome is because of Phil Gibson. I’ve said it before , it’s worth saying again, Phil cares about me, the customer.
